Hello! Recently lots of people have been trying to appeal their branch blacklists from the ban appeal section of the forums. I just thought it would be easier if we had a specific section, and changed the ban appeals section to appeals then make a ban appeals section and blacklist appeal section.

Damn man. I've met very few members with the same dedication to this branch as you. You made some changes tot his branch for the better as a MAJ and CPT. I believe if you come back some day, you could become a SCMD member again. But for now, peace out.

Alright. I need to put my thoughts here. 1. You were warned to increase your activity and promotions prior to your demotion. You failed to do so. 2. I did not outright remove you. It was decided amongst SCMD and HCMD you would be demoted for the above reasons. I was the only HCMD member available at the time to inform you of the demotion. So no, you were not "done away with" by me. 3. You got a demotion to SM. Instead of flagging off the LCMD job (like requested), you went into D-Block and no-Russian'ed every single Class-D up there. You got so many sits called I was unable to demote you off the job cause you kept going from sit to sit. You were promptly banned for MRDM. I removed and BL'ed you from Security. 4. Your appeal is highly unprofessional and a jab at myself and the branch you want to return to. There is no remorse for what you did; not even an apology. It's basically "Mind demoted me so I MRDM'ed its all his fault not mine." It is for all these reasons that HCMD will be denying this appeal. It is abundantly clear you have learned nothing from your past mistakes and didn't reflect on your actions.

-Support This is the reason why we have a medical branch and why we made joint jobs with them. I admit, it was annoying when no medical were online to heal Security but thats why we created joint jobs with them, so we could at least have a fun and useful unit for both our branches and when they weren't online still be able to heal ourselves. Medical has gone through enough

What are you suggesting? - Give trainers about 250-500 XP per trainee successfully trained How would this change better the server? - This benefits the server in a couple ways: - Gives staff more opportunities to meet quota. - People might want to become trainers if they get XP. - Most trainers are new to the server and they might want to train more if they get XP. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Eh Who would this change mostly benefit? - Trainers Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A

I never said anything about needing approval, I suggest merely trying to work things out with the people who run the branch before messing with it yourself.

-Support People see M98B and go “GENSEC need bad gun ooga booga.” We still lose D-Block regardless so what’s the issue? Also, it was Colt himself that suggested it. ALSO, HCMD don’t appreciate when people make suggestions about their branch without speaking to them first. No effort was made to contact us prior. Although it’s not a rule it’s just etiquette and respectful.
