+Support As i have said in many of these reports, Staff should know better then this. This is something that is in the training when becoming a tmod. In my personal opinion the staff member should either be striked or removed.

As I stated in Murderous's report staff should be acting more professionally, By breaking rules it makes us seem hypocritical, we warn people then turn a blind a just because a staff is doing the same but because they have a tag stating they are "Trial moderator" it puts people off saying anything in my opinion because Panic showed remorse for his actions and didn't disconnect i feel a verbal warning or a strike should be issued, It is obvious he wasnt aware of he rules but all i will say to Panic is R.E.AD T.H.E M.O.T.D +Support

Im going to be honest, Recently the amount of tmods has been at a all time high but the amount of abuse and just ignorance of clear rules is unacceptable. Personally I feel any staff member who changes their story and obviously doesn't deserve staff. In my personal opinion the staff member should be removed and warned for the reasons above (No disrespect towards Murderous he is a really chill guy) But rules are rules and as staff it is our job to make sure players and each other follow them. Once again my PERSONAL opinion is the staff member named in the report should be at the very least Striked but if we are to look at all the evidence and including the LTAP the staff member should be demoted +Support

-Support, If you knew this warning is false there is no way you would intentionally delete the video proving your side to be correct, As you have no proof other then your own word im going to have to go with a big fat -SUPPORT

-Support, The reason our warn system is there is to show if someone has past offences no matter how old it is, The warning shown above is "Old" however is valid. In my personal experience and opinion it would seem you learnt from the warning but as i said the system is there to show your past behaviour, Just because something is old it doesn't get removed.

Ill provide evidence if SMT require it, Please hit me up on discord or steam if it happens. I don't really go on gaminglight forums i only came on to look at another ban appeal

-Support If i remember correctly your the one who sent many messages over the forums calling players and myself ass holes etc etc and saying stuff like: "u want me toi get banned asshole, thx for nothing, this community is full of player dissers who cant play any other game bc they have no other friends, the mingiest ive ever seen, and im older then all of u children" "Why do you have to abuse your power and be rude" Theres alot more but don't want to break the forum rules too hard. Also you tried to avoid me in teams peak when i had evidence of you player disrespecting someone basically harassing them. You also provided bias evidence which only revealed one side of the story, You side. Luckily i had the player on discord and asked them to share all the messages. You spammed me on the forums saying multiple things about my judgement, After receiving the evidence i went to fame who was a head admin (I believe) and shared what i found. He agreed with the judgment, After i banned you i gave you multiple chances to join the team-speak, You eventually joined and i dragged you to my room. I gave you clear evidence of the full story and before I could finished you left and didn't join back over the next 2 weeks. I waited with @Lee Carter for you to join and you didn't. It seems to me you have relied i have left gaming-light and are trying you chances to join back. In my opinion you should never be able to join back as what you did was scummy and in all honestly disgusting, You tried to play the victim card which failed. Just to let SMT know ill be happy to provide evidence, I have all the screenshots just please contact though the forums or steam From me is a huge -SUPPORT, Good luck
