(150 Word Minimum) I believe i should have this rank as most staff are of around night of my time and there are alot of people rdming, minging and mic spamming and i believe if a staff where to be on at that time none of that would happen and it would be a more pleasent server with staff online. one of my friends that are staff sayed that first empresion does everything and if a new player joins the server when there are no staff online they might never come back to the server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would bring them to and admin sit and freeze and gag them to stop them from attempting to leave the sit, then i would punish them accordingly then put them back to where there they were befor enlese it was a ban/kick.
