Most of my warns are from 2018 and 2019, they are pretty old. I got banned about 2 months ago and want to come back to the server really bad. The problem is that i couldent get my old warns removed so i was on high alert not to recieve another warn that would lead to my perm ban for going over the warn limit. im trying to be better and was kinda hard due too my old warns back from 2 to 1 year ago. im hoping that i get to come back to the server and be better, and start fresh

(150 Word Minimum) I want to be apart of the staff team to help new players, I’ve always been a helpful guy and hopefully, i get to help as many players on the server as I can, I would like to lift the weight off of other staff’s shoulders when the tickets start to pile up, I would really like to be there for players whenever needed, whenever they ask a question I will be there and answer their question to my best ability. I would like to stop minges from ruining the game from others who are trying to RP, Getting to know all players in the server, and having that comfort zone where people feel safe enough to ask me a question or even to have a straight-up conversation with me. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would freeze them and try to talk to them, i will be as calm as i can and try to help the player instead, if he/she does listen to me i would have a conversation about reading the rules and not breaking them, i would let her/him know that they are getting banned but that they can come back perhaps and follow the rules, if they dont listen to me and continue to curse at me i would mute them and explain what they did wrong and try to ask them why they did what they did, later i would continue with the following ban and reason. I do understand that ive got alot of warns and i would really like to redeem myself and help out the server. All of the warns are from 12 months ago, 1 year ago and i would really like to get a second chance. ive always wanted to help out the server and i have realized that i can try this time. Man at this point this community has become so sensitive that the slightest fucking impression i make or when i want to say things i cant i get banned this is not the communtity i remember from 1 year ago man, it has changed and not in a good way

+1 i have known rick for a long time and i know that he would never ddose or threaten to ddose the server. there is not enough evidence on billy because he could be lying about everything to save his reputation you never know but for me rick's story fits in place with the book but billy has not responded on this matter and now hes quote on quote on vacation so i think rick should not be banned at all. That billy just banned rick without actully listening to him is just not how you should handle situations like that. rick was a very active member on the server and he brought alot of people in to the server so thats just my opinion dont comment bullshit on my post. thanks (;

(150 Word Minimum) When I first joined Gaminglight I felt welcomed from the staff, I cant remember who but they helped me with the !motd, so I want to do the same to help new players too. The reason I believe I should become Trial Moderator is because when staff is offline (mostly because it's late at night) people join the server and don't know what to do, so they break the rules. I feel like if there is more staff that can help at different times of the day it would help the server a lot. I feel like I could also help out with the amount of minges on the server too. I want the server to be a place where people are not bothered by those type of things. I want people to be given the right punishment for what they did. Finally, I believe I deserve this job is because I feel like I know the rules very well and can help others be treated fairly in the community. I would tell them to calm down. If they are still being disruptive and impolite I would gag them. From there I would tell them why I brought them to the sit. Then I would explain what MassRDM is. After that I would ask for a Admin+ to give the player a 10000 second minge and then I would give them a warn for Mass RDM/Staff Diss.
