+/- support, your 150 word written response is looking very nice and I respect that you aren’t afraid to admit your own weaknesses, my problem with this app is the response to the final question (Q. 16). You just said you’d warn him, but this leads me to believe you haven’t completely read the staff handbook because this is the incorrect punishment for mass RDM. I’d also like to see more activity on the forums (I know you’re new but I prefer 50+ posts for t-mods).

+/- support you’re a nice guy and I’d like to work with you, but I feel like your application lacks effort. Your final couple sentences in the 150 word minimum response: That is redundant. My advice is that you should always ask yourself if you’re stating the same thing in a different way, but you want different sentences that are all quality. Secondly, I feel your response to Q. 16 lacks effort you just say if they don’t stop I’m going to call a higher up, it makes me suspect that you haven’t read the staff handbook that closely. Thirdly you need more time on the server.

If this didn’t work I would continue to hide/delete his spam whilst attempting to contact a member of SMT who can issue forum warnings.

Your answer to question 16 was decent, but we’re looking for more (like how long would you antiminge them). I believe you when you say you want to grow and help the server, so my advice is that you get more active on the forums and on the server. Gotta agree with soulness here. To me you just seem to have a bias against chiken. It almost seems as if you are trying to get him warned for a personal vendetta. What I see is you entering his area whilst he was trying to fix things.
