I feel that this would be what janitorial staff used to be before we turned it into a department. It will be pretty cool to see, but it won’t see many people on it. +/- support

-/+ support Roxanne, you’re a very mature person, and I think that you’d be qualified for this position, but I believe you need to put a bit more effort into this application, in my opinion. Furthermore, your answer to Q.16 (the MRDM case) is wrong. Read the staff hand book and you’ll find the appropriate punishment for mass RDM. You’re a great guy, but this app shows a lack of effort.

-/+support I do like having 3 factions so then you see pacts between commanders and it adds in a more realistic diplomacy, but one of my issues is space. CI has already taken over the entire town, where would the GOC go? Also, there would need to be rules about fighting because the GOC and CI in lore are enemies (unless they’re working together against a common enemy) so then you run the risk of them just gunning each other down on the streets. You need to now add rules about when they’re allowed to fight etc. I also see an issue with recruiting members because how do you then sustain this branch for each sides if you recruit in the same way. Raids against the foundation: If this were to be added I think that both sides would need to have a cool down on their raids that was a global cool down, and they cannot raid together without permission from HCMD of each branch working out a deal. My model for this would be having a /goi comm that you announce raids over and then that’s when the raid cool down officially starts. Moving onto what I like: As I said, I like the idea of having this new found diplomacy, but I also like this because now it gives a purpose to CI patrols. This will motivate members of both factions to be involved. Good luck CI CPT October/Ret. CI CMDR (Edit): after reading your SOP more in depth I struggle to see how you would recruit members since you don’t pull from D-Class. Would you treat it like GENSEC/security and have a RCT/Trainee class? If so I think that would hurt CI because it’s now much harder to join. This is not something I support

I guess we’ll simply have to start off at where all stories should start, when an assassination attempt was made. He was a simple man, a CI Commander as well. His main goal in life was peace by purging the world with violence. Sadly like all good things, it must come to an end. The MTF came and tried to assassinate him, it was rumored that it worked. Because of this rumor he slipped away and hid amongst the shadows. He watched new commanders come and go, many wowed him, some failed him. After awhile he could take this no more, so he stood up and objected. He crawled his way back from his forgotten place in the shadow. He came back to wreak havoc upon the facility, but also all who oppose him. He cannot he stopped, so simply submit yourself to him and the CI. Let it be known that he holds no morals and will sooner shoot his own man than allow information to spread. *all of a sudden a gunshot can be heard and there is static... then a new voice begins talking* I am back, and I am here to take what is rightfully mine. I’m moving our conversation over here,@I AM USING AN XBOX CONTROLLER. There is a different format for appealing a warn. You’ll need to screenshot the warn in that format. Secondly, to find your steam ID just hop on any server open your console and type status then you can copy and paste your steam ID (that’s the simplest method in my opinion). Thirdly, to delete a message just edit it and go up to moderation actions and hit “delete” (moderation actions is before you even start typing).

It was consistent when spawned by the T-virus as to make NPC’s not-invincible, IIRC, event team has to change a setting when they spawn them that only effects what they spawn, though I could be wrong.

Back when I was a part of the event team, the T-Virus was on this server (not gonna flex but it was because of my suggestion). Anyways, we quickly figured out that this was a mistake because there’s a glitch on this server that makes the zombies that spawn invincible and the server has to be restarted. I think it’d be very interesting to see if this happened.

+/- support, I don’t think it’s necessary as, like you said, it’s listed in SOP’s. Furthermore during training for any branch your explained and quizzes on the defcons. This might help newer players, but I find it unnecessary.

+support, I agree that this rule needs to be clarified. When I was staff, my rule was that if they were travelling together and fighting d-class together then it could be viewed as teaming. Another example would be if 939 and 682 were sticking together. (tho I’d only given verbal warnings for this). while this isn’t exactly the MOTD definition I would like to see more clarification as it will help the staff team.

-support I agree that we have the player base to add another branch, “but [you are] preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should” (Dr. Ian Malcolm). Another branch wouldn’t add to much in my opinion, especially since it would be another GOI that is in direct conflict with CI so there would be shootouts on the surface. I agree with Ritz, and I think that the GOC would turn into CI that shoots SCP’s (as that’s kinda what they are). Overall, I do agree that we could add another branch, but I think that this branch in particular would be a mistake. -October

-support, at the moment I don’t see this as a possibility. This is because GENSEC wouldn’t possibly be able to leave d-block to enjoy this, and the MTF branches are too busy with other duties. Furthermore, there isn’t really anywhere to put it. Finally, the “break rooms” that you want are essentially bunks or passing each other in the hallway. I do see your point as to how it would increase RP, but due to my reasons above, and others, I don’t think this is viable (at least for now). October

-support I see no true advantage to requiring this as this server isn’t 100% lore friendly (ie Bright isn’t level 4 clearance). While I would not require it, I would like to see people do this on their own free will/accord. If you want to do this it will only increase RP, but requiring it complicates things. Massive + support, Voxis you absolutely deserve this role. You’re qualified and you’re a great guy. You’ve been dedicated to GL and the staff team. I can personally testify to how you try to help everyone that you can. A while back (like over 1.5 years ago) I was going through a very depressing time in my life, and Voxis helped me. I remember the times that you and I used to spend talking in TS. I also remember how you don’t tolerate minges. Back when you ran NSA (over on police RP also rip NSA gang) you were very serious about that and I absolutely respect you for that. overall, I think that you are more than qualified for this position and I will come to your defense that you deserve this position.

The story of SCP-J-20047 It was a peculiar fall night. Junior Researcher October, clearance level 2, had just finished his testing of amnestics and other drugs on SCP’s. All of a sudden he was filing paperwork when SCP-106 walked up and grabbed him dragging him into his pocket dimension. That incident report was a story for another time. Jr. October struggled with all his might to escape the PD. Finally, after he escaped, an MTF [REDACTED] unit carried him back to the medbay. Inside the medbay there were no medics on duty. This was clearly because they were lazy and had clearly all gone home early for a night of drinking as they were not as dedicated to the foundation as Jr. October. The MTF [REDACTED] laid the Jr. down into a wheelchair and began the process of wheeling him back to the research bunks, but suddenly the MTF agent had a bright idea. Why, an injured researcher is worse than no researcher at all he thought, so he dragged him off to the incinerator. The Jr. was placed incident the incinerator yet the wheelchair protected him from his burns. The MTF unit got upset and decided to throw a grenade at the Jr, but to no avail it seemed that October was invincible. Finally, the MTF decided to shoot him. As he fired the first bullet, October let out a scream. The MTF paused and realized this. The wheelchair was an SCP, designated SCP-J-20047. Further testing is required to prove the authenticity of this SCP, but so far, it will remain classified as a Euclid class until further testing is done to prove it can be contained safely. My one concern is that this chair was made by wondertainment and will end up destroying the foundation.
