How many warns do you have? (No more than 15): 0 Why do you want to join event team? (150 words+): I think I should be in the event team for multiple reasons: One, I want to help with the Event's and Cash Prizes. People tend to really enjoy being in those in some way so I'd like to be able to help out with those so that we could get more ideas and so that we and have a creative event every single time so people get a bunch of different things to do in our events. And with the cash prizes I think I should help out because I've noticed that it's averagely $250,000 and so maybe we could get some bigger or different cash prizes. I think that if we cold get a higher then people would want to participate in them a lot more and then we would have mroe successful events. Two, I would love to spread my ideas. I think that if every staff members have some really good ideas, we could merge them or use them in different RP's and then we would never be low in ideas. I think that I have some great ideas so I think I'd be a great asset to the Event Team. Three, I'm a very chill person and open to suggestions. So I may not be the most known person in the server but I think that if I could get suggestions from the 50(ish) people I know plus my and the event teams mind, we could sometimes get some suggestions and then let the people get what they want for a fun event that everyone could enjoy.. I'm not fully aware if it's a thing but have a suggestions area where they can suggest ideas, then event team planners could put them into consideration. Describe an event you could create (Be specific):I have some RP related events that I thought would help out some departments as well as for criminals to play their part: We could do an RP where we involve Police, EMS, Criminals, Everybody! We could have one where Criminals Place Bombs somewhere and then they make a bomb threat. Then we would have a Negotiation cause maybe the President or something is Kidnapped as a hostage. We could have it where they have to try to SAVE the President from there and the Criminals have to try to get some sort of objective. Like get what they want then it switches to a friendly hide and seek tag. When they are on the run they have to try and get away, while the cops have to "Tag" them with their handcuffs. (150 Word Minimum) When I first joined Gaming light I thought "great another terrible server" but I kept playing more and more and realized that I was wrong and that this server is great! I had been welcomed right away and I felt SOO Happy! Someone also helped with the !MOTD and then it made me realize I want to help new players too! The reason I believe I should become Trial Moderator is because I am on the server all day everyday lately and I know other admins/mods are offline during the night and early morning so I would be a great help staying late and joining early. With me on I can help people not break rules and so I can welcome them to a great server. I feel like if there is more staff that can help more often it would help the server a lot. I want people to be happy but I would be able to give them the right punishment for what they did. Finally, I believe I deserve this great honor because I feel like I know the rules pretty well and I can help others have a great experience. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would bring him/her to a sit and handle the problem with calmness. I'd hear out the player who made the report as well as any proof provided. I would then tell them to calm down. If they are still being disruptive and impolite I would gag them. After I handle with him dissing I will then finish up with the person who made the sit to get him back in RP. Afterwards he will be dealt with a warning labeled for MassRDM, Player diss, Staff diss, and NITRP. I will then get a Admin+ to ban him for 5+ days. NOTE: I'M A FORMER MODERATOR

Then I would explain what MassRDM is. After that I would ask for a Admin+ to give the player a 10000 second minge and then I would give them a warn for Mass RDM/Staff Diss.

It is very important to be mature since you want to be reasonable and you don't want someone that is not mature since they will net understand what is reasonable and not. I am also a very kind person, I have many friends on that server and I made most of them by helping them even if it is just telling them how to get the Jobs menu open. Also I would actually help, I mean why join if you are not going to help people? I have had many times where T-Mods have just messed around and just picked me up with no intention. lastly I have a lot of experience on being moderator. Well if I notice they are Mass RDMing I would !bring <player> and I would ask them there intention of killing. If all they do is swear at my and say they did not do it I would say "Please calm down so we can figure this out" if they still swear at me I would !mutevoice <player> and I would say "I have just muted you and until you calm down you will be muted" once they calm down I will !unmutevoice <player> and I would ask "Do you have and video evidence?" and then if they don't I would check !plogs and see what happened, if they try shooting me I would !jail them and I would tell a higher up that I am going to minge them for 300 seconds (I looked and saw 300 is max) and then I would !return <player> Thank you for taking time and reading my application.
