(150 Word Minimum) I think I would make a great Senior Moderator, some of the new people in the staff team sometimes come to me for advice and I give it to them. Most of the time I am on staff taking calls and making sure everyone has a great time on the server. I think I would be able to uphold my position to the best of my ability and help give the staff team a good name(not that they don't have a good one already). I have had some great experiences on the staff team and I would love to be able to go to the next step in the staff job. I have always loved helping the people in need of help and staffing with Gaminglight has given me a chance to make it for than just fun. Whenever I get on the Staff job in game I feel the need to help everyone that asks for a admin, I believe I would be perfect for the Senior Moderator position and would help all of my fellow members of the community. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I would check the player logs, after which I find that he was indeed Mass RDMing I'd bring him into an Admin room and ask him why he was killing everyone, if he does proceed to swear non stop at me I will gag and mute him, warn him for Staff Disrespect and get a higher up to Mass RDM Minge (10000 Seconds).
