If Jeffe has a recording does he mind showing the recording as this could lighten things up. Things we aren't sure about are were they shooting while yelling Fear RP? Then did they strip before cuffing him? Did Jeffe talk to them before the slay? So far we have no conclusive evidence other than the screenshots.

Yes I would suggest wait for a server restart as his has resolved a few people's problems in the past. 5am est is when the server restarts I believe.

As I will miss you Conner, I had a good time playing with you and talking about random topics with you. Thanks for being an inspiration as a proper CI member and the advise you gave. It is pretty tough to see you go as you have been here since I started and was one of the OGs. Whenever you want to come back you are always welcome and the doors will be open. Has there been a server restart since you bought plat?

-Support Low forum activity which can improve. Needs a screenshot of in game warnings, not forum warnings. You may need to read over the staff handbook. Answer to question 16 is wrong as you can handle the sit but cannot deliver the punishment for the sit. The app seems a little rushed in my opinion. Advice for next time would be to read or reread the staff handbook to fix your question 16 then slow down and think about your application to make it seem like it's not rushed. Then have more forums activity which they really look into. I believe you could do this in the next application you write you could become a good Trial Moderator.

Doing recon outside of game I see

+Support I believe this was approved in a post before but wasn't added in. I think this would add a lot more variety and more options for donator weapons.

The community meeting has shed more light into this situation. The roll for stripping rule was brought up and was debunked in the meeting. What was said "You do not need to roll due to the person's hands being bound as they could not combat the roll. The only way they can combat a strip would be to not be cuffed/arrested." In this case, the captive was cuffed then stripped as viewed in the screenshots. I'm changing my support to a +Support. Side note most people have not heard of this rule and have said that it came from Jeffe. That could be true but I am unsure if Jeffe made the rule.

-Support Tranquilizing Humans is not something I would think SMT would allow since its in the MOTD rules. I know they can change the rule but it seems very unlikely. Instead of making Reznov post you guys could make a guide or something to create more teamwork. Use better communication and I believe you guys should be good. A few notes to add these D Class CC's have NLR and you guys also have a riot control group. I believe that gensec currently is a good medium. They are not too overpowered and not underpowered by a longshot. Buffing gensec after a damage increase and only for the Resnov class just doesn't seem reasonable.

+Support I can see this change being good and balanced. Nothing much more to say.

Possibly a reset only in bunks that still makes them abide by NLR. This way if we are spectating on administration it doesn't look like RDM. I just believe resets should only be in places that has no RP. Spawns would work for just this.

+Support Seems really useful Better than tping everyone to a section May create more RP events/scenario for Event Team I dont think this will happen. Research and a few other people still use the HCZ panic room.
