What do you want to see? - Move the CI Spawn to the meeting room, as we will not hold down that position. This will make it to where we can call debrief easier and overall a better improvement overall. Why should we add it? - Currently, the RND room is where will hold an SCP and it's more of a room where can be held down by CI. It's unfair for MTF and it more of a balance change for both CI and MTF. What are the advantages of having this? - More balance for MTF when CI has an SCP when MTF raids. Who is it mainly for? - CI and MTF somewhat. Links to any content - N/A.

You need to reread the staff handbook as you would find your answer to Q16 there. Q16 is wrong as we don't ban people outright. You do not have the 150 word requirement for Q15.

Droppable comms would be cool for stealing people's comms. If you could make this a thing along with these commands that would be neat.

No proof of warns. Did not meet the word requirement for q15 Q16 is wrong as admin plus will issue a 10,000 minge as stated in the handbook. Overall I do believe you need more community and forums involvement and please reread the staff handbook.

-Support The XP guidelines have been recently changed from escape before being 500xp increased to 1000xp. I believe being involved in testing is the best way to get XP as it encourages RP for researchers. This means that Research testing is the best way to get XP. This system is in place to make sure there aren't constant riots happening because of d class hunting XP for escaping as an objective to get an increase of XP above 1000 XP. I believe the increase was needed when it was 500xp for escape but it is perfect the way it is now. Note if there are errors I was writing this at 2 AM.

-Support on this one and here is why: Low forums activity/only having 5 posts. Your application has spelling errors. Your application seems to be rushed and made for the wrong reasons. Wrong reasons being and I quote "I do not believe i deserve this rank in any manner" and later in the application say you like to goof off just seems to me you don't care if you get staff or not. Another thing is this application makes you look like you are immature which is not a quality we are looking for. You have 1 warning which isn't that bad but it's recent and it was issued August the 10th. Q16 is wrong as we would not issue a ban for a Mass RDMing player. Overall, I think you may need a massive improvement in the areas above but once correct could possibly be accepted in the future. Good Luck, ~Catsro
