I'm gonna have to -support this application. I don't often interfere with low command things but I need to talk about his app. You are currently not ready for command. Being blacklisted from a majority of our servers branches doesn't let me think that you would make the right choices as a low command member. The whole yandere serum thing is just you would tell Dr. Bright not to do. Having these mannerisms when you often play being mingy and disrespectful makes me not want you to be invited into command. My best advice here would be to wait a little bit more and decrease the minginess overall then improve yourself. Only then I can see you being in command.
