It means a lot to me that you looked in to this and hopefully are making a decision on whether I should be promoted or not. To start off I have been a Staff for over 3 months now with being Senior Moderator for close to 2 months. I am also currently in Event Team. which requires the responsibility of controlling situations that almost always go snafu... gaining the ability to salvage dumpster fires. With this experience I believe that I have the ability to take on the Admin staff rank and be able to use it effectively. I have also made friends with a good number of people on SCP-RP as the application requirements state. You need to be known on the server in a positive way. You could also add being Event team gets you known through out the server seeing how there is only 14 total members. lastly I believe that I am a good person. I almost always give people a 2nd chance on things that aren't severe. being nice is a quality all staff need. Seeing how staff is the bones of the server, supporting it under there own wishes without payment. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would start by warning them that if they dont stop cursing me out they will get gagged and muted. if they keep do as following. if they stop say thank you and keep going. then I would ask why did you Mass rdm. (there still getting warned this is to determine if they deserve a long ban or shorter one) if they are polite and nice they would get a ban for 2-3 days (request someone to do it as i cannot as Sen Mod) if they had to be gagged and they start screaming in chat they would get 4-5 days ban. (again calling higher staff)

while both of these are valid arguments i would say im mixed but on the + support side. It would be hell to enforce the timers. but it would give scps a reason to not be afk + CI/D class arent needed to let MTF do its main thing... recontain scps. but. we should not allow multiple self breaches. because there isnt enough containment engie/cleaners. max 2-3

+ Support my dude just wanna say that is going to be hell of an event idea. when i did an event were basicly i had to slay cmd somebody every 1-3 min of someones choosing it was still annoying but yeah make event team and make this event happen!

-Support (For BAR) im just going to state info as this is 1 of the ONLY 2 TFA MGs that et can use (there only senior+ too) they are meant to be OP if someone got it on there CC it has SMTs approval. they approved the access to the weapon + its like one of the only heavy guns we get to use in events! i don't want it nerfed whatever. they are supposed to be restricted guns for a reason also adding that irl that fired RIFLE CARTRIDGE BULLETS AUTOMATICALLY it used 30.06 and as seen by this chart that bullet is huge compared to others like the NATO 7.62 / 5.56 this bullet is 4 inches long. 1/3 of a foot long! and you want to nerf this things damage?
