From my time has Crewman Apprentice to Crewman albeit short, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here in naval and the gameplay and interactions it has given me. I wish to become a part of the NCO core to give more to the branch that I have come to enjoy. Helping to guide new players coming into naval to become efficient and effective crewman. I want to server a greater purpose inside the branch to help improve and maintain what makes naval great. What are the duties of a Junior Officer? Hosting tryouts: Conducting tryouts stands as a crucial responsibility for junior officers, serving as a vital mechanism for the branch to consistently attract new recruits and maintain a presence aboard the ISD. Moreover, it serves the purpose of identifying recruits who may not meet the standards of the imperial navy, thereby upholding the principles of excellence within our ranks. Upholding standards: As an NCO, it is of utmost significance to diligently uphold the responsibility of ensuring that our enlisted personnel consistently adhere to the standards that define the imperial navy. The task of guiding and disciplining them as they navigate their way through the ranks assumes a pivotal role in sustaining the exceptional standards we demand from every single member within our branch. With an unwavering commitment to our core values, NCOs act as mentors, continuously nurturing and shaping the character of our enlisted personnel. By providing steadfast guidance, constructive feedback, and mentorship, they instill in them the principles of discipline, professionalism, and unwavering loyalty to the empire. Leadership: In instances where a senior naval officer may not be present, the responsibility of leading our Imperial navy into battle against our enemy's rests upon the capable shoulders of the NCOs. It is imperative for these NCOs to possess exceptional leadership qualities, as they guide our enlisted personnel through conflicts. By leveraging their exceptional organizational acumen, unwavering leadership prowess, and comprehensive understanding of battle, these NCOs play a pivotal role in securing victorious outcomes for the Empire in the face of daunting challenges. Their unwavering dedication ensures that our forces are orchestrated with precision and coherence, enabling us to triumph. How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer? In my role as a junior officer, I will myself commitment to the branch, ensuring that I fulfill my duties to the utmost extent. I recognize the importance of assisting the officer core in any tasks they entrust me with, thereby easing their burden and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. As well has, serving has a prime example to the enlisted of how they should act and conduct themselves during events and standard duties.
  2. +support managing D4 well, pretty active, with good experience and competency, Woman btw.
  3. -support personally I think you lack the experience and capability to perform inside the A-1 officer role. I think you would do better inside the enlisted and NCO ranks better learning how the branch would operate. This is due to not prior SF experience with your main branch being research nothing against research I just think the skills would not translate into the environment A-1 is bringing to the table.
  4. +support active and knowledge member SF member and has prior CMD experience. his knowledge and SF experience would make a great addition to the A-1 command team.
  5. +support though I have not had much experience with you, I believe your experience and capability would help make A-1 into the best branch it could be, I believe you make a great addition to the officer core. Though i would like to have/see some more interactions with you.
  6. +support With my interactions with Weeb in CI, he has proven that he is a capable leader, mature when he needs to be, and has the mindset and knowledge to help make A-1 into a great branch. would make a great addition to the A-1 command staff.
  7. +support Though I have not had much direct interaction with you, I have seen and played around with you over my few years of playing on the server, I believe you more then have the experience and capability to help the branch has command. would make a good addition to the A-1 command staff. though I would of liked to see a bit more effort put into the application.
  8. +support Although my interactions with you have been limited, though from my interactions with you while I was in G9 and delta-5, I know you are capable, experienced and willing to help A-1 grow in the best branch it can be. would be a great addition to the A-1 command staff.
  9. +support Bossatron has grown greatly has a person and member of CI command over many months. showing his capability, experience, self-growth, and his excellent performance in his responsibility has CI command overseer. would make an excellent addition to A-1 senior command.

  13. 1.Name: Big Bob 2. Current and former RP ranks: CI CPT Big Bob SPEAR (ex) CI 2LT Big Bob SPEAR (Current) S5 Tsunami V (ex) MTF E-11 MSGT Big Bob CHAD (ex) STF D4 Hephaestus HT1 (ex) MTF G9 Wraith GJ1 (ex) NU7 2LT Garry (ex back in 2019) 3. SteamID: STEAM_0:1:110568046 4. DiscordID: Yeah#5576 5. What position are you applying for?(CMDR/LTCOM): Both 6. Why do you believe you are the best candidate for the Commander position?: -----History----- I have been playing on the server on and off since 2019. With my main branches being E-11, CI, and Delta-5, I have always been a combatant player and have experience in all the SF'S (bar HTF) on the server including a brief time in A-1 back in 2019 when it was still a branch. I believe I can take the skills I have learned from my time in multiple SF'S and command in CI and NU7 back in 2019 to improve and develop A-1. bringing Operational integrity, leadership, Ingenuity, Creativity to develop and implement new content and systems to better and help the branch function, and branch infrastructure. -----Reliability and Capability----- I believe myself to be a reliable and capable individual whether it be trusted with being inside an exclusive SF unit or being trusted to advance through command positions and undertake the duty's necessary to keep any branch running smoothly. I have shown Reliability and capability in all manners of the server that I have partook in setting a good example for both subordinates and my peers alike. -----Activity and server presence----- Although I have recently just come off reserves for CI Military this has not affected my activity and new drive to play the server. I have been constantly playing on the server for the past 2 weeks readjusting to the server, learning the new map, and carrying out my duty's has CI command to the best of my abilities. This activity and server presence would carry over to A-1 and be used to remain InTouch with HCMD, O-5, and site admin, to remain transparent and to develop the branch to be its best self. Aswell has been active to be a role model and set the standard for the first batch of A-1 that are recruited. 7. What specific skills and qualities do you possess that make you competent enough to run the branch?: ----Leadership----- Throughout my time on the server, I have gained numerous amounts of Leadership experience, Leadership being the cornerstone of what makes any branch run smoothly is one of if not the most important trait for a CMDR/VCMDR to possess. to be able to efficiently use and direct your branches officer core and enlisted to uphold, maintain, and exceed their expectations is essential to leading a branch. and I believe through my numerous experiences on the server I have this ability to maintain leadership standards and exceed them for A-1. -----Communication----- Being able to efficiently communicate inside and outside your branch is essential to running a successful branch. whether this be transparency with your branch about changes/problems that have arisen and being able to swiftly address and fix the problem and or being able to comminate said change with your branch that could affect how that play inside the branch. Aswell has been able to defuse arguments or problems between members of the branch or members of A-1 and another branch without hurting relations. I can bring excellent communication to keep the branch informed and smoothly running. Aswell has these ties in to working with side admin/O-5 to better the branch and to develop to branch together rather than the branch only developing from internal members. 8. How do you plan on running the branch?: -----Fun professionalism----- I want to develop A-1 back into the professional elite unit it once was using myself and the Officer core to set a standard to be followed to allow maximin operational efficiency and developed into one of the most respected branches on the server. Though at the end of the day this is a video game, and you play video games to have fun. I don't want to impose unfun or realistic exceptions. A-1 will be able to carry out its mission statement of protecting and carrying out the O-5's will, and we will have fun doing so. -----Branch logistics----- Although I have not been inside A-1 for quite a while now, a key aspect of developing A-1 would be if necessary, revising documents to ensure A-1s information and procedures are up to date with the massive changes the branch is going through. Such has revised the SOP if needed, and the creation of new documents to ensure all aspects of A-1 operations are well documented and its members informed of how to carry out said operations. it would be my job A-1 HCMDs job to work with Site admin/ O-5 to work together to gather feedback and proceed with any edits needed. -----Selection process----- A-1 throughout most of its history has been a handpicked job and I think it would be best to continue this way of selection. To ensure the most deserving and capable members fill A-1s ranks to represent A-1 in its best light. Although I would ensure that no "bias" or friends picking friends for selections would occur and that those that work hard and prove themselves are capable of being selected. Even those with bad track records if shown to have made effort to improve themselves and change for the better will not be discriminated against. Although the exact details of the selection process would be deliberated between A-1 HCMD and O-5/site admin. 9. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: -----Cross branch PT's----- one of the best ways to keep branch relations high is interacting with its members and forming bonds and friendships. Cross-branch PT's are an excellent way to keep branches involved with each other and to not make A-1 look like it is alienating other branches due to its redacted nature. I would ensure that A-1 is able to interact and participant in Cross-branch PTs like any other branch making sure to have them involved frequently. -----Joint Operations----- Although some of A-1 operations might require only A-1 to be involved due to operational integrity this does not mean that A-1 will not work together with other MTF forces. A-1 will be ever present to assist other MTF units and work closely with SF's like D4, HTF, and G9 where their skills sets are better suited to dealing with situations then A-1. I believe to keep the site secure and functioning. join operations and teamwork is paramount and A-1 will work with all MTF branches to keep the site secure. -----Mutual respect----- Finally mutual respect with be a core aspect of A-1 and is a part of the standards that will be instilled into A-1 has a branch. This will be no toleration for Elitism and disrespect from A-1 and this will be taken very seriously, this also ties into our selection process. A-1 will be expected to treat and work together with other MTF we all are MTF at the end of the day and we are all family.
  14. what is your in-game name?: Challenger What is your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:110568046 What is your rank on the Naval Roster?: PO2 What specialty are you applying for?: Gunnery Officer What Naval Command (Rear Admiral+) gave you permission to apply?: Admiral Sam What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for?: I realize I am very new to the server and naval. yet I am confident I am ready to become a gunnery officer. I want to represent Gunnery to other members has the specialty it should be seen has. a Great passive RP specialty that supports our wonderful and equally has important engineers, that makes a lot of navels passive RP possible. for example, when we need a system repaired on bridge or during Maintenance patrols. I will strive to help support gunnery officers, being active to represent the specialty to other naval that would be interested in a Gunnery officers’ duties. I will also do my best to improve the Regimental engineers by recruiting more members, I always see a lack of engineers and that can take away from a lot of passive RP that requires their presence. As-well has hosting RP trainings to improve the RP of all Regimental engineers. Why should you be trusted with this position? I really enjoy the passive RP and I believe engineers contribute a lot to that. I want to help see them strive to new heights and become the best they can be. I get-along with almost everybody I interact with and very patient with teaching people, giving them the skills they need to succeed within the branch that Gunnery oversees. Why do you want this rank?: I want this rank to broaden my horizons within the server as well has contributing and helping an overlooked specialty within naval. I hope to continue to better my RP skills and continue to serve the imperial navy while serving within this specialty. I see this rank has a great opportunity to advance my naval career and to represent Gunnery. Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?: Yes What is your purpose within your assigned branch? Gunnery main purpose is too main the ships Turbolaser systems and to keep the ships offensive capabilities running at optimal efficiency. as well has overseeing the regimental engineer making sure they are performing at optimal levels. Gunnery would be helping host PT, tryouts, and SIMS. All of these activates help keep a steady flow of recruits in our overseen branch and keep them well trained and battle ready to perform their tasks at their optimal efficiency. being a trial gunnery officer would mean I would be building relations with the engineers, training with them to form bonds and make improvements along the away.
