My Side Of The Story: Starting off I had a couple of anonymous reports with one of them being that you were an alt account. When it comes to Alt Accounts, Management takes these things very seriously and investigates these reports very seriously. In the MOTD and Staff Handbooks you cannot use alternate accounts on the community. Therefore the punishment is a permanent ban from all Gaminglight Servers. This is a well acknowledged rule within the community which that rule is heavily enforced. Every single day as management I have to make sure no breach of clear rules within the server is breached. If you are spotted being on a alt account it is one of my jobs to make sure you are permanently removed from the server. When I was reported that you were an alt account I was spectating you communicating with our Senior Admin Mikey. We have seen you consistently minge cop baiting, breaking simple rules constantly. You also mentioned Bambob name in ooc randomly for no reason. Anyone who has relations with these specific people tends to be bad news for the community. Due to dealing with alt accounts (including Bambob) constantly. We have been banning around 2-4 alt accounts each week. After personally watching you for around thirty minutes we brought you up into a sit. We asked you why you mentioned Bambob. As I remember you said that you were told to play on the server by him. He has his own community and you corrected us saying he doesn't. You were typing the whole time and then showed us with your voice that you were not an alt (but you continued to be type which was very suspicious). You do and meet everything an average alt account would do on our server. When we told you that we still thought you were an alt account you contained to argue and disrespect us. You kept changing your story and kept trying to correct us. Contradicting yourself. You claimed we were banning you for no reason which we had many reasons which we won't disclose. This is Senior Management's decision of what to do in this appeal. But remember we never ban out of thin air. We investigate deeply into alt accounts to ensure that the community is safe and everyone is treated fairly. This statement is false as in BamBob came into policerp multiple times trying to raid our server advertising. Having a random new account get on the server and mention Bambob with other evidence he has no good intentions towards our server. I would recommend to stop talking to blacklisted members because they will try to deceive you lying. You have nothing to gain talking to them other than you getting dragged into trouble.

-Suppoty I agree, I feel like the only times when it gets to one minute is when the criminals are stalling. Without this rule criminals will just abuse this, its the only alternative for both sides to have an equal chance of winning. Bank raids should be strategic for criminals, you cannot just stall to win. You plan ahead, and you can defend the last minute. Bank raids are meant to be hard, you have to plan ahead. I agree with that rushing in the hostage situations, I agree its failrp but else is government going to do if time is up?

Yes definitely supervisors + Command should have! I feel like this can spice up the roleplay more. Also will make the server look more professional. I don't see any lag problems with this swep!

To be completely honest I rather have some more lag in trade for better roleplay. Ever since the original rockford map came out I had a lot more fun roleplay experiences than on True North. I like this Rockford map because we have a DOC base, State Base, Tac Base, PD, and more! True North doesn't offer that. I love the jailbreaks and consistent flow of crime. The map is just the perfect size as I feel like for chases and so on. Just my honest opinion! This Rockford map was specifically made for us so :)!!!
