I don't really agree on this, the head of staff has other things to attend with other than explaining why someone got denied. It should be pretty obvious of why the a certain person was denied.

Yeah I do agree jailbreaks are pointless because there is no current way to release the player you jailbreaked. What I could think could happen to s the ability of a lock pick would not just let them out of cuffs, but if they are in jail their timer would disappear. Which that is some complicated coding but. I bet there is some other way where you can release them from cuffs which will make the jail sentence disappear.

There is no relevant evidence in this appeal that concludes that Springs did not take your side. However if you feel that he did not listen to your side of the story you can start recording staff sits to provide proof that a staff member was not doing his job properly. I recommend this because if there is no evidence, than we cannot or will help you.

From gathering information and facts regarding departments, staff, and gaminglight. If you have over 10 warns then it's an issue. My statement because you cannot join a lot of departments/staff having over 10-15 warnings. So that prevents you from many opportunities within PoliceRP. Also just by generally observation staff will warn your more if you do continue to break rules having over 10 warnings. I would say you are just fine regarding warn count, but just be careful when roleplaying!

EMS Revived you after the roleplay situation. You decided to run away from the cops arresting you which is failrp. Other players and a staff member said to stop and you did not stop. You didn't care once so ever and yelled at them. Someone said that you broken so many rules within a short period of the time and you did it in front of two staff members. He was talking about me and TheJayden. You looked over at me since I picked you up and you called me stupid. Everyone got upset you literally just dissed with no remorse. I told you "out of everyone you decide to call me stupid". You said you do not care and you just do what you want. I said then Is i'll do what I want. I warned you for these reasons and you called be stupid again. I banned you for four hours, you manage to irritate everyone disturbing their roleplay. You interrupted my roleplay since I saw you breaking many rules. Every part of that warn and ban is valid. Saying i'm "bragging and being a power house" is just immature. The staff member would've taken you to a roof but you just called me stupid showing you don't want to cooperate at all. If you want a nice respectful sit, don't break multiple rules and proceed to call the staff stupid. Keep your attitude in check because it affects others and how they communicate with you.

-Support Lack of evidence! However responding to what you have said Monkeybags a good rule of thumb you should never move in an admin sit unless given permissions to. Even though your intentions were "good" the staff member did view your movements were good. Just creates less confusion for everyone and you can have a respectful sit with no problems.

+Support However investigating this report and gathering more information. I do not think anyone else should be receiving a warning other than Torty and Ryan. These two where heavily involved when it came to the metagame and raiding the base. The "ARU K9 Metagaming" is a consistent issue that these players repeatably done, I feel like they are the ones to receive the punishment since their intentions in that roleplay scenario was not good to anyone in the server. Hopefully that this issue does not repeat itself further more than it already has, we want everyone on PoliceRP to have realistic roleplay which makes everyone happier.
