Name: Tony SteamID: STEAM_0:0:59112440 What is your ULX Rank?: Silver (I won it in a giveaway) How would you rate your knowledge of the SCP world? (1-10): 7.8 - 8 Do you have any experience as a GM or event planner in the past (If so, explain l): Yes, I was Head GM on a CWRP and Gamemaster on others. How Active are you?: Very-Active almost every day How many warns do you have?: 2, 1 from SCP-RP and 1 from Police Why should we allow you to be an Event Team Member (150+ Words)?: Why you should allow me as an event team member is that I have extremely good knowledge of ULX commands and what each one does. I also have a good amount of past experience with setting up events and also have learned over the past over some events that failed. I can also be a big help to the team as I am very active and play almost every day and I feel like I can set up a good event that involves everyone or I would at least try to. I also try my best to be the serious I can while on the server. To be honest, though I just want to help the server out with keeping its player base at a stable level and I want to have fun in the community and I want to show that by making events that everyone can join in on. I also just want to express myself and get myself out there and taking risks that some may not take. Describe an event you could create (The more specific the better): Power Outage Actors/Players: MTF/NTF: Would be tasked with containing the SCP breaches and fixing the generator after outages CI: Would raid to cause more chaos but would have buffed stats (depending on how many are on at the time) SCP 079: Would be tasked to cut off the power multiple times before a full site breach happens 079 Clones: (175HP l 50-100 Armor l Weapons: A rifle of ET choice as well as a shotgun and an IFAK) Multiple SCP's Roleplay/Obj. First, it would be a small power outage for around 15 seconds and would gradually climb higher and higher as after a 1-2 minute wait another outage would occur and would last for about 2 minutes unless MTF can fix it and if they do the timer would jump to 3-4 minutes but if failed they would damage the generator even more giving an extra minute or two with the outage and so on. While these power outages go on SCP's would be released causing mayhem although it would be slow with only 1-3 SCP's getting breached that is why there would be a cooldown so MTF can contain the SCP's and fixing the generator would delay the next outage giving them more time. MTF could stop 079 if they notice it. SCP 079 could also have 3-5 clones all getting 2 lives. Possible Outcomes: Nuke, this would only happen if MTF couldn't contain the SCP's fast enough although extremely unlikely to happen. 079 Fails to break the generator or MTF fixed the gen to were it cant be broken/hacked. CI gets access to 079 this would be possible and would make for good encounters as MTF and CI would have a good battle within HCZ and the CI's main goal would be getting access to 079. Last is that MTF stops 079 completely this would be to where 079 would "shut down" and be reset. The possible outcomes are something that could happen but in actuality, anything can happen due to it being RP and the players can discover new outcomes these are just some I thought of. But overall this event is a little extream although would be fun to play if executed right. Although it can end fast I would most likely stop it if it has gone too far to where it is constant back and forth and no one gets anywhere. What is your favorite SCP? Why? SCP 682 by far as I just like how everything that is thrown at him he just acts like its nothing and just regenerates. I also like how he is intelligent and can communicate with others and to be real is just a big body I mean being able to have regenerative abilities and really good strength, armor, and speed. It just leaves me in pure awe when I think deeply into SCP 682.

SCP's "Attempt to break out cuffs" rule in the MOTD - Accepted
Berserkrpups replied to Blackbeard's topic in Accepted
I like the idea but lets say 682 gets breached it is kinda awkward to see this fat lizard not being able to break out of cuffs and eating the containment team although I see good use in some SCP's like 096 since most of them don't really follow the rules all that often. -
I agree with most of the heavy trooper ideas since if MTF has 3 juggernauts it is game over for CI but if CI has 3 heavys we have better odds. As well as the NTF, the trooper, if I am not mistaken, gets 200 health and all you really have to do is play on recruit for a little bit and get trained note you only have to pay 10$ to play recruit. That CI raid against 3-4 NTF makes it slightly less possible due to their health being so high plus their weapons do decent damage to anyone with or without armor.

Limit CI To The Amount Of SCP's They Can Breach During A Raid - Denied
Berserkrpups replied to Jet's topic in Denied
Yes, the self breaching has been removed I am aware of that and nukes don't happen as often as you make them seem and even if a nuke were to happen so what RP just gets reset and people move on. Yes, it might interrupt RP but you have MTF, NTF, and Security all of which is to help prevent SCP's from getting breached/captured. My point is that SCP's are really restricted since some or more of the researchers barely do any researching due to rank or the defcon levels due to a minor breach from SCP's or a minor CI raid. Plus the only way to ever get breached as an SCP is through CI raiding so that is why I think that this is a strange suggestion that is all. -
+Support + I like the idea of having someone be able to be a computer and have access to the foundation. But have it at least restricted to a VIP rank or a Staff Member/Event Team. How 079 could be played is the member playing 079 could play through a minigame of some sort, and once completed have a little bit of access to some zones but would have to RP to actually be able to open doors ect. Or have a member from CI come in and hack 079 but would have to advert a percentage every 1-2 minutes and once fully hacked 079 would have full control over the facility.

Limit CI To The Amount Of SCP's They Can Breach During A Raid - Denied
Berserkrpups replied to Jet's topic in Denied
I have one or two things to add is that there is a branch of CI that do that exact thing and is tasked with the breaching of SCP's. Chaos Insurgency is tasked with causing as much chaos within or for the foundation to deal with. Plus whenever I am on my CI job raiding we will sometimes see the occasional MTF/NTF groups but we barely see a small security detail patrolling in the HCZ. And there is already a timer on when SCP's can breach to where they would have to wait in order to get breached again. There is also never enough researchers on it feels like as they either just don't do testing or don't even attempt to do their job. -
