    +/- Support + Gets on daily + Decent app + Has been Senior Moderator for a while - Has had a past of being mingy - Has disrespected others in the time he's been a Senior Mod - Has had mistakes in the past staff wise that I'm not sure he has completely learned from yet

    -Support -Q15 doesn't really grasp why you should get the rank -Can have some attitude at times -Not as active as a potential Senior Admin should be You just need to focus on the activity a bit more and have some more time as Admin (On SCP-RP) before you get Senior Admin in my opinion, this is not personal and is just from my point of view.

    I would like to say if you need to apply for Senior Mod, that means you aren't being promoted for some reason. As th3 has said, it could either be your attitude, activity, or time as the rank. + Support Good application Decent amount of time on the server -Support I personally feel that it isn't good that you need to apply for Senior Mod Question 16 is typically admin discretion, but most of the time the minge/jail time doesn't equal to the ban time.
