The current riot shield is laughably broken. The one I am suggesting is what the one we are currently using is supposed to do.

What you want to see? - The current riot shield be replaced with the "Bulletproof Riot Shield". Why should we add it? - Currently, the riot shield we use is mostly unusable. The "Bulletproof Riot Shield" is very similar to the one we use, but it actually works. (Covers your full front body, has proper viewmodels and holding) What are the advantages of having this? - Makes the Riot Shield worth the money. Who is it mainly for? - Donators. If making an honest suggestion ruins relations that's an issue. The point of suggestions is to get the community's input, and people shouldn't be afraid to suggest anything, no matter how controversial it is. If you dislike a suggestion, give reasoning as to why you dislike it, and move on with your day.

What you want to see? - CIs entire bunker being considered a spawn - only CI/D-Class allowed inside. Why should we add it? - Currently, whenever CI capture an SCP, it is Impossible for MTF to attempt a raid to recapture, due to how large of an unfair advantage CI has due to the extremely small entrance. Instead, multiple testing sites should be set up inside the buildings on surface, and CI should have to store them there. MTF should not have to pay for an SCP every single time, and should have a fair chance to take them back by force. What are the advantages of having this? - Balance. I have been Senior Admin for around 7 months (at the time of writing), and I know how to use all staff powers to the best of my ability and deal with any issue presented to me with efficiency at my best effort. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would handle a MRDM sit swiftly and professionally by bringing them to a staff room, and looking through logs and ensuring that there’s evidence against the player. I would then explain to them what they did wrong. If they were cussing to me, I would mute them, and proceed warn them for MRDM, and ban them for however long necessary. When a player is blatantly being toxic/ignorant, it’s much easier to quickly warn and ban them then to engage them and possibly make things worse. Please pick and answer one of the questions only if applying for Senior Moderator. If applying for Admin pick two and answer them. If applying for Senior Admin you must answer all three. Answering more than the required amount of questions for the rank you are applying for will result in your application being denied. Q1: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would ensure that the sits required all 5 players, and if it didn't, I would remove any unnecessary players from the sit and ensure that they calm down and help reason the issue out. If they continue to be toxic, I would gag/freeze them. To deal with the sit in its entirety, I would make sure that all players have had their issues thoroughly looked through, and dealt with the needed punishments, such as warns or bans for any players breaking the rules. If no rules were broken, I'd make sure to tell everyone what the situation has ended up to, and to tell them to make sure it doesn't happen again. Q2: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? If a player clearly does not care about the punishments they have received/are receiving, I would simply ban them for however long is needed. If they continue to disregard rules, they may have a much longer ban afterward. In my opinion, there's no point in trying to deal with someone who just doesn't care. Q3: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? [I am going to answer this question as if there was proof for the wrongdoings.] If there is a player abusing a known bug (with proof) I would bring them to a staff room and tell them what they did wrong. When they tell me that they follow all server rules, I would inform them (and provide) the proof I have against the individual. I would then warn them for Exploiting, and Lying to staff, and hand out a 300-600 second jail (or ban, depending on how severe the exploit was). PS: I thank you for reading through this application!
