Accepted Thank you for the report. The player in question has received a formal warning for Minging on MTF CC / Low Grade Harassment. This warning also resulted in an automatic 10 warning threshold ban for one day. The behavior in question was not significant enough to warrant large punishments such as a ban stemming directly from this misconduct, nor anything that would rise to the level of sanctions being taken against the CC. Points of Information for future note. It is prohibited for opposing factions to enter opposing spawns, this restricts SCPs from entering spawn areas, MTF from entering CI spawn, and D-Class from entering everywhere. However, friendly factions are not directly prohibited from entering spawn zones unless they're involved in an RP situation. No RP situation was in progress that I could tell from the video, as it appeared to be an out of character handling of a minging SO. Secondly, the body blocking went both ways here, however in conjunction with the other incidents shows a pattern of low grade harassment. Again, nothing that rose to the level requiring more stringent action, but something that deserved to be formerly documented nonetheless.

You literally just watched your friend get warned and banned for branch disrespect and SMT disrespect, I feel like that's a warning in and of itself. Secondly, per the staff handbook, SMT members aren't required to hold sits for observed misconduct, and as your conduct was out in OOC, you knew exactly why you were being warned. As such, as sit would not been productive.

While on the server his friend first put in OOC: "the cops r retarded in this game". At that point I issued a formal warning for branch disrespect. The player then followed up with, "seriously dude" "whoever warned me for "branch disrespect" is a douche". At that point I issued a second formal warning for SMT disrespect and issued a 4 week ban. His friend, the appellate in question, the decided to continue the conduct, stating, "Bruh really" "How you gonna warn him" "Maybe if you had better cops people wouldn't complain" "Bruh really" "You soft as fuck". Due to him continuing the disrespectful behavior started by his friend, as well as engaging in branch disrespect and SMT disrespect himself, I issued a formal warning for SMT Disrespect, as well as a 4 week ban. Before the ban was applied he responded to the warning, stating, "Really gonna warn me for saying your soft?".

In general, command should be contacted about changes to specific jobs, ie: weapons, armor, health, descriptions, etc. However, the current suggestion that you're referring to, which is suggesting to remove the job or restrict it to events only, is the proper use of suggestions forum and in my opinion, doesn't need branch head sign off.

Removing a job completely or restricting it to events via the suggestions forum is the proper route to take. Making a suggestion is literally convening with SMT with the suggestion. If he was, for example, recommending a change to the armor or health of the job, then your statement of contacting someone in MTF would be proper. In this case, it isn't.

That is incorrect. He can purchase any weapon from the armory, but if it's a donor restricted weapon that player must have the correct donor rank to purchase it and use it.

Doesn't CI have their own mecha of death that they can construct?

Generally when someone starts stacking warnings for FailRP on various SCPs then they get blacklisted for each of the SCPs they have warnings on to prevent further misconduct.

You aren't blacklisted from 1245-2, nor 194. Those SCPs require you purchase the SCP job pack, which according to your GL Store profile you don't have.
