  1. Lore Name: Dr Dirt Rank: Researcher Clearance Level: Level 2 List of personnel involved in testing: Junior Researcher Fate(?) (Forgot his name and the roster isn't updated to show him) Level D personnel involved: 1 SCP: SCP-1162 Hypothesis: If SCP-1162 gives you something you've been searching for, then we can use it to find out what item a D Class wants the most. Observation: Dr Dirt, a D Class, and Junior Researcher [redacted] entered the room containing SCP-1162. Dr Dirt handed the D Class 1 bottle of Tito's Handmade Vodka and was instructed to reach into the hole and grab what he found. After some struggle (the D Class may have a mental disability) the D Class managed to reach in and grab 1 Bottle of Vodka with russian letters on it (the D Class was russian). Before, Dr Dirt could translate the letters, the D Class chugged the vodka and smashed the bottle. The D Class clearly had an anomalous amount of alcohol tolerance, though it is theorized that it could just be the russian in the D Class. On closer inspection, it was discovered that the 1 Bottle of Tito's Handmade Vodka was missing from the D Class who was clearly distressed about it. Dr Dirt administered amnesiac and sent the D Class back to D-Block with Junior Researcher [redacted]. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): N/A Errors and/or safety hazards: What if the D Class had gotten a gun? Dr. Dirt should have requested a security detail. Conclusion: If SCP-1162 gives you something you've been searching for, then we can use it to find out what item a D Class wants the most, as this D Class would not stop talking about vodka.
  2. I love this, but wrong section. Post this in the SCP section. Keep it up!
  3. In-game name: Dr. Dirt Current time on the server (use tab menu): 22 hours How active would you say you are? (1-10): 8 How many warns do you have (If so what are they? and give proof): 0 Have you received any strikes before? No. Why should we accept you? (150+ words): I was at first reluctant to apply for this position, but after I was encouraged to apply I decided to give it a shot. I think that my experience so far on this server shows that research needs more to do and more opportunities to do research. In addition, there should be more researchers as it is not uncommon to see several D Class lined up hoping to be used for a test, but not being picked because of a lack of researchers online. I am big into the idea that those who work in research should have a large say into what happens within the division, so I will always ask the community before I make a big decision. I think that first and foremost, the most important responsibility of the HOR is to make sure that everyone involved is having fun in a way that reasonably follows SCP canon. However, overreaching rules aren't fun for anybody, and if it isn't fun, why bother? The only division I am in right now is research because I believe that it should be the most important part of SCP-RP, and if I become HOR then I can finally make that vision real. What can you bring to the table as HOR? (No requirement): I have great experience in discord so I can finally expand the research discord into a place to share information found while researching and discuss SCP-RP, particularly the research division. Whenever I'm on the server I always try to make people laugh. I can make great stories and could definitely make the RP element of SCP-RP much more fun, while at the same time staying reasonably close to SCP canon.
  4. Wrong section but good attempt! Keep it up!
  5. +/- Support You are certainly qualified to be the leader of a division, but you aren't even in the research division at this point, at least according to the rosters. I am much more inclined to support someone with a lot of experience in the researcher job. You are active, so that's good. Correct me if i'm wrong but I don't see you in the discord yet. I think there are definitely better candidates for this position.
  6. Please post this in the correct format in the correct forum section.
  7. Lore Name: Dr Dirt Rank: Researcher Clearance Level: 2 List of personnel involved in testing: Security SO Elliot Roger Level D personnel involved: 0 SCP: 066 Hypothesis: SCP-066 is resistant to burning. Observation: SCP-066 was tricked into the incinerator and the incinerator was turned on. This agitated SCP-066 who repeatedly yelled what sounded like "eric." When the incineration was over, SCP-066 walked out and played classical music at eardrum bursting levels. After a quick inspection by Security SO Elliot Rogers, it was determined that no major damage was done to SCP-066. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): N/A Errors and/or safety hazards: SCP-066 could have done major ear damage. Conclusion: SCP-066 is resistant to burning, but is distressed by it.
  8. Lore Name: Junior Researcher Dirt Rank: Junior Researcher Clearance Level: Level 1 List of personnel involved in testing: 3 Level D personnel involved: 2 (later 3) SCP: 173 Hypothesis: Communication is possible with SCP-173. Observation: Testing began with 2 D Class Personnel being placed in 173's cell and being told to talk to 173. Soon another D Class who was running from security showed up and joined them. After 2 minutes a technician was ordered to open the cell so that I could check on the D Class. They appeared to be working together with all 3 D Class still alive and not looking at SCP-173. The door was quickly closed and we decided to get a security guard to help extract the D Class. Soon we had reopened the cell door with the security guard and the technician looking at SCP-173, while I went in to get the D Class. Unfortunately the D Class tried to run (except for 1) and were quickly terminated. The final remaining D Class was pulled over and asked what happened. The D Class told me that 173 likes jazz and they decided to work together to escape. Soon after, an erroneous switch press through the broken glass by the technician let SCP-173 breach containment. After 173 was contained, I wiped the surviving D Class' memory and the test was concluded. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): None Errors and/or safety hazards: Too many untrained/disloyal personnel used, caused SCP-173 to breach containment Conclusion: Communication is possible with SCP-173 and 173 likes jazz but further testing is needed to see if friendly communication can be made with 173.
