I edited the original video to the parts that were relevant just like it is done on many other reports, the main reason I did edit it so short is so I could send it through discord to Ajax, the original reporter. A few other things I want to address here: He was standing at the door not interacting with any of the OFCs or the trainer. I clipped it so it could sent on discord not to try and hide anything. We have a forums system so the other person can post their side, which she had the opportunity to do. How was it justified? What made it justified? I have never seen a civ being brought in to do training ever. Also it was NEVER cleared by the Captain who was there, they told me that themselves. The mere indication that he was acting unprofessionally when you can clearly see amethyst saying and doing all she was is absurd. Here is another example of the same situation. Which is what made us go up there and watch the rest of the training in the first place. I don't find this funny, nor did Ajax we found it more appalling that this is being allowed, in no way did he find killing Dark or her RDMing Ajax remotely funny. You just said it was justified????? Gov aren't supposed to revive Civs. He was KOS. It was never made apparent that this was OOC In my video shown it makes me think Amethyst shouldn't be at the rank she is. Ajax has not ever had issues within the server that would make me question his rank. Another thing I want to bring to attention is we were approached by the staff member Balloon who said he was asked by another staff member to approach me and Ajax to see if we would remove this report for the reason of "She has a clean record" which she doesn't have any warns but definitely has been involved with issues before.

I clipped back as far as I could. Firstly the staff member went straight for the warn and didn't even inform me about it nor did they let me explain what my side was. In my POV the subject was past the KOS sign, you can even hear the admin say the crip was right under the sign, in my rebuttal I said if you are right underneath the sign then you are half past it, to which the admin didn't say anything or correct himself. The situation was there were crips robbing the bank and I had put a KOS sign out. The subject then stands right under the sign in the doorway so using my best judgment I KOS them. In conclusion this sit was handled poorly and almost completely one sided. I also completely think the warn was given too quickly and without complete understanding of the situation by the admin. EDIT: To add on both the admin and the report maker are in the same family. Except the car I was on was your friends and you clearly hit mine intentionally, even after I had expressed that I wanted you to stop. You can see in the video that you had to have gotten the keypad under the vehicle in order to flip it in that manner and to get it under it from that distance would be difficult to 'accidentally' do. It wasn't anywhere near your friends car or at least in the way that would explain an accidental hit. I would appreciate in the future if you didn't lie. Except I was and I was actively trying to get you and him to stop doing that so we could actually RP.

I suppose I should have done this sooner but things in my life had gotten hella hectic and I intended to do this in October but then I was in the ER 5 separate times once by ambulance because my throat swelled shut. On November 4th I had surgery on my throat and a few days after that I had a severe hemorrhage and had to be rushed to the ER and into emergency surgery immediately after that one i had another severe hemorrhage and was rushed back into surgery once that was fixed I had to stay the night at the hospital. On top of all this I had 5 classes I had to stay on top of. I was off work for 20 days most of which I was too incapacitated to get on the server. Then the bills came it all totalled to about 7 to 8 thousand dollars in medical bills and I didn't receive a paycheck for the entirety of Nov. So I picked up shifts as much as I could working 72 hours a week with 1 day off and thats when I did my homework for the week. Early December I make multiple trips to Springfield for an upper extremities specialist for a workers comp injury and found out that I'm going to need surgery on my wrist. Mid December I have been working 72 hours in a week from the 27th of November to the 20th of December. I was then sent to Mexico Missouri for 2 weeks to work 12 hour shifts like I had been for the previous month. I didn't get to see my entire family or anyone for that matter for Christmas or new years. While I'm gone my sister who is a CNA got COVID and it spread to my mom and dad. So when I got back yesterday I've had to stay at a friend's where I can't really get on the video game. Like I had said things got crazy and everything just went on the back burner, for that I apologize to command. I definitely enjoyed my time in SWAT and hopefully when life calms down I can join back

@[GL] Protec SCU is infact a sub department. That's why we have our own section in the departments discord and why me and the 2nd in command are in the high command discord. I would find out the truth next time before posting incorrect information. Thanks, SCU Commander Smith

- Support I'm sorry I just don't think you're ready YET. I feel that you will at some point be ready. I feel that when you answered the question "Why should you be promoted" you went on to say why you want to be promoted but I didn't see much as to why you should be promoted. You didn't mention strengths that would help you in a Low Command rank. You have also just met the required 4 weeks. I think a little more experience would go a long way. It just doesn't feel like much effort was put into the application. (Please don't think of this as an attack on you. I just want you to be the best you can be). You also didn't put a poll on this. This should be a given whether or not you're an LT. This part also didn't make much sense to me. The first part did, but the second you may want to reword.
