Conclusion: 049 is a calm human like plague doctor that can make someone into a aggressive fleshless zombie and then if he feels the need turn them back into a normal human. My dad just got in a car accident it was his first accident in 30 years, after further looking into it, it was not his fault as the driver that collided into him ran a stop sign and the 16 year old had just got his temporary license. He may need to see a doctor because he is hurting. Not only that my mother is also in the hospital with severe pneumonia. I may need to go another LOA and visit my parents and stay with my grandparents.
