I would gag them and call 2 other admins and consult it over them 2x or More - Minge (600 Seconds) for disrespect and the 4+ RDM/RDA (Mass RDM/RDA) - 10,000 second minge I would consult with a higher up and Jail him for 10,600 Seconds as punishment.
