I feel that I have the right balance between other departments and my command position in pd. Everyday I get on pd to help players, train, respond to calls , mentor OFC’s so they can achieve SNR, make sure all police are following the rules + guidelines and of course make sure that all police are having fun. I also do more but I don’t want the list to get too long. I am extremely dedicated to the Rockford police department. I show this when I do all my activity’s as command that I mentioned above. Reason number 2: the second reason I believe I should be promoted, is because of my experience with leadership/ leadership skills. I used to play on a MilitaryRP server called advanced gaming this has since shut down, in this server I achieved the one of the highest ranks which was general of the army’s. I was amazing at leading people I always treated everyone fairly. I never abused this rank to get out of situations, I always remained respectful. Reason number 3: the third reason on why I believe I deserve this promotion, is because of my maturity. I feel/ have been told that I am mature, and I do agree with this. Of course I know when to joke and when to not. Of course I do joke around However, when it comes to being in a public channel, in rp situation, in ANY situation Ect, I will always remain mature and respectful. Respect is something that I value a lot and where I come from/ what I’ve been told growing up, is that you should always give respect to people, until they break your trust and your respect. No matter if your an ofc all the way up to command I will always treat you the same as everyone else. What I plan to do as a captain: I Have a lot of plans for when/ if I do become captain.I will keep on helping players, training cadets, responding to calls , mentoring ALL police officers, make sure all police are following the rules + guidelines and of course make sure that all police are having fun. Aswell as mentoring New LT’s on how to be an amazing command member. If this is true that would be counted as LTAP and that’s a bannable offense. I feel like smt should look into this as no staff member should ever LTAP.

Interesting, but -support. As hoovy said there are loads other GOI’s. You could chose something more original. Igneous said he wanted to see it in more detail on how it would work. He didn’t say it work 100% get accepted. I just don’t think it’s the best GOI to use there are way better ones out there. @Breen ye I knew he was talking to the et member but He brought up the point the there are more GOI’s out there.

If your staff and try get out of a warn by bringing up your staff rank I really do pray for you at night. -support not false going into EZ clearly braking fail rp. Also why I really commented on this is because of your name. Having the name “ scuffed rangiatea ” seems to me anyway immature. I understand joke names ect. however, having your name as another member of the community aswell as a smt member just isn’t professional for someone who is apart of the staff team. Being apart of the staff team means your ment to set standards by setting your name to something that doesn’t have anything to do with rp other members might think it’s alright since a staff member is doing it. that is my opinion I think you just really just stick to rp names ect and not use joke names.

I understand where your coming from. However, it is up to people if they want to apply, no matter their time zones they don’t get “special” treatment as such they would still have trough the application proses. If they play late night that’s good and I do agree we need more late night staff, but it’s up to those people to apply and ensure that they follow all the requirements and guidelines.

I understand how that was confusing at the time. The FBI agent was in the wrong however, since It was adverted he still was allowed to kill you. I understand the frustration about you being told two different things but in that situation you should listen to the highest person giving you orders. I believe that was Yobo. Although from looking at the video I see more than one person shooting at you and I don’t think yobo started the shooting. This again is a confusing situation because the fbi told you to leave the vehicle when state was telling you to leave the area. However, I will be -supporting this since I don’t really think yobo is 100% in the wrong it was his discretion if he shot you or arrested you. Since this is semi serious roleplay I don’t really see a thing wrong with him killing you.
