+Support I think you fulfill the basic requirements for ET, and with some training and knowledge would be a good ET member. Just FYI, event team gets permissions to do all the commands related to events. !strip, !give, !sethp !setarmor and !setmodel. I believe they can also use the staffcommands but I don't think you're allowed to use them if youre not staff unless moderating your event but I may be wrong on that. Good luck

I've been told my multiple people that I handle sits very well, both on the staff team and from the players. I have become extensively knowledgeable in the GamingLight PoliceRP Rules handbook, or MOTD, as well as the Staff Handbook, so while I take sits I can 95% of the time handle situations efficiently and correctly, which provides the most amount of RolePlay time for the player/s who make the report and least amount of time wasted for the reported players. I continue to demonstrate my patience with players on a daily basis, while still giving out fair punishments for the "crime" committed. The last reason I believe I should be promoted to Admin is because I Love the GL community, and am trying to branch out into the other servers GamingLight has to offer, mainly SCPRP. It would be an honor to become more involved with the community. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Firstly I would gather my own proof of the Mass RDM via logs or videos/screenshots. I would do this by switching to the Administration job and hovering nearby the player in question so that I could watch them commit RDM. I do this to prevent any false accusations coming from anyone who reports RDM. After gathering my own evidence I would bring the player to a rooftop and attempt to console the player while explaining that they cannot randomly kill people without a valid RP reason, such as the Murderer job. Since the player doesn't want to listen and all they wanna do is curse at me, I would gag or mute as necessary and explain to them once again that they cannot do what they have been doing, and suggest that they read the rules by typing !MOTD in chat. I would then check logs to see if they are still attempting to type messages while muted, and if they are still being disrespectful I would warn them for MassRDM | Staff/Player diss(as necessary) | NCWS and if they are making any racist/homophobic comments I would add that onto the warn as well. Now depending on the extensiveness of the disrespect that would alter the time I would jail them for personally. If its just MassRDM and staff diss/player diss I would jail them for 10 minutes with instructions to read the !motd while jailed. I would then unmute and ungag them in an attempt to see if they have calmed down. If they havent, I would re mute and gag for the duration of the jailtime. I believe in second chances so I wouldnt ban them just yet, I'd wait to see if they continue after their jail is up. If they do, I would re jail them and administer a 12 hour ban via their SteamID, gathered from combat logs. Then I would request either in staff chat in game or in the staff discord for a ban extention for 5 days according to the Staff Handbook. What would you do if you think a player is an alt account? I would attempt to gather as much information as possible via video or screenshots from myself or any other players who suspect the same thing. I would then contact SMT's in the staff discord and provide all the evidence I gathered to them there, and explain the situation. Then I would see if any SMT are active in game and if they are I will message them in the staff chat and have them handle the matter as I cannot handle that entirely by myself. What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? Again I would gather evidence via video or screenshots and then contact SMT's in the staff discord while advising the punishments that would ensue if they go through with the chargeback. A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? Once again I would gather video and photo evidence from my own sources or via other players making staff reports or otherwise alerting staff of the issue. I would then make sure that there isnt an event or anything going on that would allow this activity to be happening, as if i remember correctly every family in PoliceRP has at least one staff member, who would (I hope) discourage this activity. If theres no event and the family is truly causing issues and minging I would bring the family up to a rooftop and handle the matter in a similar manner as I would any other minging sit, just with more people. First advise them they are breaking !motd rules and depending on the act/s they were doing I would warn/jail as necessary. I would then advise the family leadership in discord of the players activity and what I did to stop that, as when they joined the family they should have been familiar with the rules when applying. How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? Firstly I would contact any other staff online and ask in staff chat if they know the answer, and if they do not or the answers provided are unclear I would go to the MOTD or Staff Handbook, depending on the question, to attempt and find a solution to my question there. If all else fails I would tell the player that I will find an answer for them and contact them when I get one, and then I would cnontact JMT in discord/teamspeak if it is a time sensitive manner, and if not I would most likely ask in the PoliceRP general chat in the staff discord for assistance.

What you want to see? - With the new /cad command to look up plates, I believe that gov should be able to enter a partial plate to look up the history of the driver/owner of the vehicle and determine tactics to stop them depending on history. Why should we add it? - Since seeing the plate of a car has a somewhat short radius, it would be nice if officers or even civilians could catch a partial plate and report it, and when gov looks it up all vehicles with that series of numbers/letters would pop up, then the officer can pick which vehicle it is based upon vehicle description. What are the advantages of having this? - More RP and QOL, encourages more strategy around police chases Who is it mainly for? Gov

Agreed. The Re-addition of dispatch has been suggested multiple times, all been denied. But I think with servers playercount on the rise and the updates being pushed recently this is a great idea

If not a complete removal of them being metagame, instead have the sound reduced because at the moment, half of the potential basing spots on the map are bad for drilling because the sound reaches far away.

What you want to see? - Either the reduction in noise produced by the illegal drill, or the change in the rules to make the sound metagame. Why should we add it? - If gov cant raid your base off of the sound of printers, why should they be able to raid off the sound of the drills. Agree with this^ I propose a generalization of NLR timers across the board for gov and crim. One number for any situation besides gov raid. Crim: 5mins regardless of everything besides gov raid. Gov: 3 mins regardless of everything besides gov raid During gov raid depending on which class you are applies the correct timer. For gov, 2 mins, for crim, none. This would make it like SCPRP where the timers are consistent.

I'll edit this later if I formulate an opinion on this, however right now I mostly lean towards -support because if this were to he implemented, cops can just say "I'm being mugged at (10-20)" on radio and just ruin the entire experience of the mugging. Instead I think the mugging player should have to request the other person to give/drop their weapons and radio(if applicable) via /me. And that's their opportunity to get help is before they have to drop it. At that point it would be failrp if they already dropped their radio and then call for help. This would make mugging more entertaining and add a little spice to it instead of everyone's adverts just automatically stripping you of everything that helps. Current example: "Mug drop 30k in 10s or die! (Comms smashed/weapons stripped)" Example I'm proposing: "MUG 30K, DROP RADIO IN 10S OR DIE. REACHING FOR WEAPON IS KOS(panic jammed)" or something along those lines. I think the player being mugged needs to drop their radio/weapons via /me before they give the money. Also gives a longer opportunity for another government to see what's happening when they're driving around and possibly help their battle buddy. Adding more risk to a mug and makes the crim want to find a discreet spot to perform the mug.

+support seems to have the basic requirements for TMOD I've never had a negative interaction with you and you seem to be a reasonably calm individual that would make a good staff member. Good app the ONLY negative that could come out of you being accepted I think is that your accent is very difficult to understand at times, I know from playing EMS with you that sometimes I just cant understand what youre saying, and while this isnt a bad thing, sometimes already frustrated people in admin sits can be harder to console if they cant understand you clearly. However this isnt a bad thing at all, just something to be noted.

(150 words+): I would like to join the PoliceRP Event Team because I feel that with my time on the server and I'd like to think great reputation with the players/staff that I could have some good ideas for events, and that since not that many events are hosted, and even less played due to low player count, I could help bring back some of the population the server so desperately craves right now. I have personally observed and played in most of the events hosted on this server (especially Nimo events!) and I think I have quite a few good ideas for good events, or even improvements on the current rotation of events. I think with my extensive time played on the server I can come up with more events and host more frequently, as well as obtain feedback more frequently since I RP a lot already. I believe my addition to the PoliceRP Event Team would be a great asset and that hopefully great things will come of it. Describe an event you could create (Be specific): Once of the ideas ive had recently is a Deathrun event, similar to Leaky's Duck Hunt but instead of just shooting the runners, theres a bunch of traps hidden in the running route. Fading doors that drop you into an inescapable box, or drop you down a level so you have to re run part of the route. This is one of my more basic ideas, but could easily be branched upon to something greater. If accepted, what time(s) are you available to hold events?
