What timezone are you in?: CST How many Warns do you have?: 0 Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): I feel like I should be promoted because I have been working on the police team nearly every day I've been on the server. I know I haven't been on these past few days mainly due to family issues. I am able to be more active on the PD job and I hope that I can help other officers with things they may need help with. I have 3 weeks of being in the department. I understand all of the PD handbook and MOTD. I really enjoy playing on this server so I will be able to be quite active on the server. I have been working in the Police Department for some times and I would really like to have a higher position in the department so I can help other people regarding things that higher-ups could do. I always try to train cadets when they are needed. Only sometimes I haven't been able to train cadets because they don't advert so I don't really know what they need training. I always try to be a great role model for the Department and try to help other officers be good role models for lower-ranked officers so they want to pursue being in the Police Department. I always try to be as active in the Police Department it's just that I have other things on the server I have to do that may interfere with the Police job. The day that I joined this server I wanted to be on the Police job. I try my best to help officers when they have questions. I do have a solid amount of experience on the Police job and I really want to pursue the Police job. If an officer is having a hard time dealing with something I'm almost always there to help if they need it. I am able to help officers with my current rank there are just some things that Lt. would be able to help me more with. @EnderKnight57, I think I was the only staff member or there were other staff members that had the rank that was equal to me or less.

He started disrespecting me and using racial slurs towards me. Then he did an advert using racial slurs. (I can't ban so there wasn't much I could do.) Evidence (REQUIRED): What do you believe should happen to the player: Some sort of ban. Any extra information: He did much more than just that advert.
