I am pretty active in my terms and am planning on staying active. I have helped many people in my current position in many ways. I always try to help everyone out in any way I am able to. I do train cadets when there aren't any supervisors on to help keep the department active an enjoyable. I try to keep the best reputation that I can to have an overall good reputation with everyone. I always act in a professional manner to everyone. I try my best to roleplay in the best ways that I can so everyone can enjoy their time on the server. I have lots of knowledge in each department in every situation. I always stay active on the forums to make sure that I keep updated with everything that is going on. I run meetings quite often to keep updated with everyone's opinion and to give constructive criticism to everyone so they can improve their roleplay on the server. I'm always responsible when I'm on the server and always stay professional. My PMs are always open to everyone if they have questions regarding things about PD if they need help. I try to help the lower ranks in low command too if they have questions about PD related matters. I have been a member of Gaminglight for quite some time so I have a really good understanding of the MOTD and Police Officer Guide. If I do become a Major in PD I will be able to promote people to Master Sergeant if I feel that they have done a really good job in the department and have shown their worthiness. I always mature while in PD and make sure everything is running smoothly. I understand how to take reports properly and how to deal with them properly.
