Huge +support this man has proven time and time again that he is active and dedicated to his PD command positions. he has excelled in every way personally I’ve handled situations with him and he’s been nothing but professional kind and understanding of all situations. his activity is also another strong point for him personally I’ve played with locus many times and I can say with confidence that he’s more active than most. he has something special about him that makes him excel in a command position.

Honestly I've had hundreds of sits since then and it being over a month ago I don't recall everything about this situation but I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to warn you just seeing dead people in the afk room so chances are I got a sit for RDM... I wouldn't warn simply off of on kill in the AFK room because accidents happen. And if I never made you aware of it. it might of been because my game time was shotty due to a death in my family. Leaving time to forget so I am 100% in the wrong for that @InactiveTo SMT I cant say for certain what happened and based off of everything stated by both parties and my actions I am willing to accept this warn being removed if deemed so.

-Support Soup you are a nice guy, but with having recent warns it shows you either don't know the rules or don't care about them. Like others have stated you should go at least a month without warns till you apply and also i agree with MiniEpic on being more specific on the last question!

I do believe people can change and mature but your warns are for some serious offenses, I agree with Yobo saying the last questions answer was very vague

(150 Word Minimum) I have been back with the staff team for about 5 1/2 weeks now, During this time I have gotten myself very familiar with any and all rule changes along with the player base. For three out of five of those weeks I’ve hit top one and two sits for the week! Due to some unexpected issues I had to take an LOA for a week but I plan on getting top sits consistently. For this reason I consider myself to be very active, more than most. Usually I am able to get on later at night and staff for hours on end. During the night I've encountered plenty of various situations, most of which I can handle at my current rank but due to limited power in terms of jail times and being unable to ban I have found myself struggling to handle a decent amount of sits. I honestly want this rank so I can handle more and be more effective with punishments, there has been countless times I’ve ran into people using Homophobic slurs or racial slurs and I am limited to just being able to mute in jail for 600 seconds. Admittedly there are other staff members online that are able to assist but that is not always the case. With the hundreds of sets I’ve taken I make sure to always be kind, respectful and unbiased. I believe that everyone deserves a fair shot to explain and defend their actions and or story. I know I’ve handled situations effectively and in a timely manner, always being sure to use my best judgment in those situations to create a positive outcome. Being sure to always give a “Thank you sir we are always here to help and if you ever need us don’t hesitate to ask” I treat staffing like customer service because In a way it’s very similar making a positive impression on the community so they know that we are always here to help with anything small or big is very important to me and to positivity in the community I believe I have outgrown my position as a moderator and I am ready for the next step in my staffing career thank you for your consideration How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Firstly I would mute and Jail him in a suitable place for an admin sit so I can talk to him without being cursed at. Next I would check the logs to make sure any allegations are true before making my final decision on a punishment. If I can confirm everything is true Id politely and calmly explain the situation in terms of what He/She did and what their punishment will be making sure He/She clearly and fully understands what is going on. He/She would get a warning for Staff diss and Mass RDM with a minge of 10000 seconds calling a higher ranked staff member to issue that long of a jail. 17. I believe I am qualified for the position of forum diplomat because I have prior experience with this job/task, along with being professional and mature. As a PD Lieutenant in PoliceRP I am tasked with making difficult calls often, There was a situation with someone who I'd consider to be close to, He messed up in game and broke a major rule and I had to make the choice to demote him, I used good judgement and an unbias view and make the right decision. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? I would start by hiding all the posts they are spamming, Next I would personal message said person and inform them that the spamming needs to stop and if they have an issue with a ban they can appeal it. I would include the ban appeal link in my message. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? Just because I'm a command member doesn't mean I stopped training OFCs or Ride alongs, if anything I do it more now. There’s been times I’m on staff and I see our SNR+ officers are overwhelmed with a large number of OFCs and I get on to help out. I’m a firm believer that command needs to be the most helpful and set a good example for the lower ranks. Always being there to help with training or with situations where an officer might not what to do, To mentor them and help at every step. I take the initiative like during our recent PD training I volunteered to help out and train or officers on radio etiquette. Along with meetings, I always voice my concerns and give constructive feed back. Admittedly there’s been some challenging situations with my time as command, I was put into a position where I had to correct a fellow command member(same rank) for being immature about a situation and screaming at an SNR, my approach to it was to help the SNR on how to use the radio and to teach instead of yelling. I feel as if I’m level headed and calm and mature enough, thinking about everything logically and representing my department with pride.
