15. Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum)
Currently I’ve been part of the staff team for 2 1/2 months within this time I felt as I’ve grown a lot as a staff member. Constantly learning new things or finding new ways of being more efficient with taking sets and handling tough situations. I consider myself to be extremely friendly and there’s times that players ask me for advice on anything from in game stuff too out of character things. I am always sure to lend an open ear and honest advice on the given situation. I really try my best to give a fair punishment I understand that not all situations require punishment and sometimes just a talking to works wonders. I treat every player the same not giving any bias to staff or any other player making sure to handle every situation correctly and professionally. I grind on staff admittedly, it really gives me satisfaction to see my name on staff of the week, I really do try to work my hardest and do everything in my power to be the best staff member I can be. I consider myself to be relatively humble knowing I am not the best. Always being sure to constantly improve myself. Within my time as being a Senior Moderator I’ve handled many difficult situations, admittedly not all I could handle myself I had to reach out to other staff members and ask for help and/or advice but I feel as though I have enough experience with my current rank that I am ready to move up. I am primarily on at night and being in Pacific standard time zone I am active on the server when a lot of late night minges join the server. It is a bit frustrating when I have a situation that calls for a longer ban than 12 hours and I am unable to give it. Or with whitelist, being unable to give out a majority of whitelist. If SMT deems that I am ready for admin it will only further my abilities as a staff member being able to handle a majority of anything that comes my way. I am fully confident in my abilities that I will make an amazing admin, I’d also like to point out that I am currently at over 160 sits and have been honored to receive staff of the month. I don’t ever wanna do just the bare minimum I always want to blow expectations out of the water. So to my fellow community and staff members do you feel I am ready for the rank of admin? PS I'm coming for that record sit count
16. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
Firstly I would mute and Jail him in a suitable place for an admin sit so I can talk to him without being cursed at. Next I would check the logs to make sure any allegations are true before making my final decision on a punishment. If I can confirm everything is true Id politely and calmly explain the situation in terms of what He/She did and what their punishment will be making sure He/She clearly and fully understands what is going on. He/She would get a warning for Staff diss and Mass RDM with a minge of 10000 seconds or a Ban depending on the severity. ( If I was Admin)
17. These questions are only for people applying for Admin/Senior Admin/Super Admin:
-What would you do if you think a player is an alt account?
Firstly I wouldn’t do anything to let them know of my suspicion, if possible I would be recording to try to obtain information for SMT to review next. If I believed it was credible I would try to attempt contact with SMT in game. If not possible then go into the staff discord and post in the need SMT section including all the details and information.
-What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback?
If a player is threatening chargeback I would make sure to have some form of evidence for example a video recording a screenshot or a copy of something with chat logs, then move that information on over to JMT to let them properly handle the situation
-A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging?
If a whole family on the server is constantly breaking the rules or minging I would bring them to a secluded area for a staff sit and talk to them as a group and let them know that punishments can be given out and if it continues to be an issue that higher-ups can blacklist the family. At that point if my intervention did not de-escalate the situation I would bring it up with JMT to see if the situation calls for higher up intervention.
-How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!")
I would be lying if I said I don’t ask for help, I don’t know everything I’m still learning but I’m also not afraid to ask for help or assistance when needed. I know my fellow staff team members are aware of me asking for help with situations or just general questions on things I'm not positive on. There’s no stupid questions and I rather verify with somebody before giving anyone false information or false punishments.

Inactive I'd like to start this off by saying I don't hate you or have any hard feelings against you but....
you are way to gun ho on people getting the maximum punishments for little rule breaks. You let your emotions get to you which could cloud your judgment in sits. You can be very very immature at times. Like when I was on PD command telling you to stop using a sound board that sounds like someone farting and you had no regard for commands orders and continued to do so. Personally I feel as you are not fit for staff at the moment but that doesn't mean you can change things around. I'd like to end this on a good note, you have been slowly improving but you still have a little while to go. Don't give up on your journey and keep moving forward!

I would just like to start this off by saying thank you to all the community members I am so grateful to be a part of the community that is welcoming, kind and helpful to everyone. Being a staff member on here really lets me see all the good and bad, And I have to say I’m very impressed with how people carry themselves. I’ve made so many great friends with people that I interact with on a daily basis and everyone’s been nothing shot of amazing. To all my fellow staff team members from day one you guys have always been very helpful and supportive of me with anything and everything . I feel like this community is pretty tight net and it just makes me appreciate you guys

+support for Creatine to get a longer ban. I don't think a Perma is needed. He has under 3 full hours of game time on the server and all the warns are from October or earlier, He has shown me he has no respect for the players or the rules of the server. Its always the same problems with him every night

Honestly this was a little while ago I don't even remember this sit, ive taken 600+ sits since, chances are you went AFK on me or I saw video proof. I wouldnt warn without a valid reason.
