I would like to be support for many reasons. First reason is because I like to help people. I like to help people with any isues that they have in game and would love to extend that to TeamSpeak and in Discord. There is many times where I see that people need support and there is no one available, and I believe I would be a good fit because I am active in both TeamSpeak and in Discord daily. I check it multiple times throughout the day. I have previous (at the time) Support+ experience which I believe would help me as I already know how support generally works. I like to help Gaminglight in many ways and I believe that this is the next step I can take on top of being a staff member. I would give people responses in a timely manner while also explaining to them how to get it done properly. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? I would take TeamSpeak a little differently than I would with Discord. In TeamSpeak I would introduce myself and see what issue they have with. If it’s something I can assist them with, I will immediate offer my help. If I can’t handle it, I would then pass it along to someone higher who can assist with it. For discord, I would see what issue the individual would have. I would answer any questions that they have to the best of my ability. If it’s something I can’t assist with, I would tag the appropriate person that would be able to better assist them.

One of the reasons I believe I should be a Major is due to my activity as I am very active and available to deal with situations that may arise. Although I do work until late at night, I am able to get on after work late at night when no other command is on and deal with any possible situations or issues that may arise that time at night. I also have previous Major experience in Rockford PD which I believe has helped me build my leadership and I am ready to take on that role again. I have really good communication skills and I am able to communicate with other command members as well as PD enlisted and supervisors which I believe is a vital trait to have as any command member in any department. I believe that I have helped within my time as Captain with the Police Department and believe it's time to move up to the next rank so I can further help Rockford Police Department. As my time as Captain, I have hosted a PD meeting every single week, equaling to a total of 4 PD Meetings, and I plan on continuing to host one every week and assist with the bi-weekly trainings. I do believe I have a strong work ethic and when giving an assignment I make sure I do it to the full extent and to the best of my ability while still meeting the time deadline that is put in place. I am very mature and I am very patient with people which I believe is a important trait to have as a command member as sometimes things may get stressful and if you can't handle it well, you will not be an effective command member. - Support I just don’t believe you are mature enough to be staff. I’ve noticed in some instances you are very impatient with others.

The evidence provided did seem like prop block, and maybe I shouldn’t have warned for that portion of the warn but the rules state it needs to be in a clear and consise location, and in my opinion in the corner which someone has to completely turn around is not a clear and consise location. As far as the LTARP, they had raided your base and stole your printers, in which they had provided me proof they had your printers and you then disconnected from the server so your printers disappeared. I wasn’t able to verify the integrity of your base in its current state as you had left the server. The lying to staff portion was because you first told me that you didn’t leave, and then said you did leave to fix your microphone, but to have it line up when you had your printers stolen is very odd in my opinion.

- Support You guys were straight on minging. So my first interaction with you tonight was you were basing in DOC with your friend on the inmate job. I teleported to you and let you know that you are not allowed to do that, and instead of apologizing and removing your printers and switching jobs, you decided to ignore me and continue printing your money. I then gave you a warn for FailRP as you cannot base on inmate. My second interaction with you: You were on the afk citizen job, and decided to build a base in the afk box and had printers. You also were shooting in the AFK box and killed a guy that was AFK. After doing so, you were teleported and jailed outside the box, while we were trying to explain to you what you did wrong. You then continued to argue in voice chat and in OOC, which is why you received the mute and the gag. While we had you jailed you still continued to spawn weed plants. You then decided to start shooting while in the jail, so I stripped you and your friend. After being told to make a report on the forums, you continued to abuse the staff ticket system and complaining I was taking my own ticket, when no other staff was on that could handle it, so I told you to take it to the forums in which you continued to make tickets. I then had Phil come and remove your entities that you had spawned in the AFK box.
