-Support The Disrespect portion is pretty straightforward. Speaking like that to another player is uncalled for and you ought to know better. The prop minging portion of the warn sounds like staff's discretion to me because sure, it could be an accident, but there just isn't any way to know for sure what your intentions were. Generally, appeals don't get accepted solely because a different staff may have given a different punishment. There is always going to be some level of variance in how sits are handled, and based on how upset you were at the time it doesn't look very favorable that your entity spawned in his car on the way to jail. Lastly, as for Zoey taking your sit, When the report was made you had an entirely different name and didn't have SL in your name so Zoey taking the sit makes perfect sense. If once in the sit she realized that you were in SL then sure, She should have gotten another staff member. However, with that being said, whether or not Zoey taking your sit was allowed probably wouldn't lead to your appeal being accepted. It would only lead to potential staff discipline. This would only help you if it's proven that your warn is false. because obviously players shouldn't have a justified warning be removed due to a mistake on the staff's part. At the end of the day staff use their best judgement and discretion when issuing punishments and based on the evidence it's clear to me that your warning is perfectly reasonable.

When dealing with sits I always try my absolute best to look at all sides, all evidence, and any potential mitigating factors to give the correct and fair punishment. In my sits everyone is treated equally and with respect regardless of who you are. I believe I'm ready for this opportunity and be given new responsibilities. I'm always willing to hop on staff when needed, help other staff members in sits, and in general be a useful and helpful member of the community. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If they do not stop being disruptive I will gag them, Then I will look through and collect all of the evidence such as screenshots, video, logs. Once the evidence is compiled and it proves he MassRDM'ed I will then explain what he did and what rules they broke in the MOTD. At this point I also usually mention that the MOTD pops up every time they join the server and that it's their responsibility to read and familiarize themselves with these rules. Now I will warn the player for MRDM and will ask for an Admin+ to ban the individual for a week. (I'll potentially add in the warning StaffDiss depending on the severity)

The rules specifically have this under the attacking rules and in that section also says for attacking. +Support. To clear things up i would put this under the general Capture point rules that you have to be within 30m of the point because even though this is probably what SMT already meant, If your capture point is being taken then you are technically defending your own point from outside, thus allowing you to be however far distance you want. The argument could be made that it falls under common sense but if it's something like this that could cause confusion then it's just best to make the simple fix of clearing it up in the rules.

I agree with calamity. If they want to rob the store with a melee weapon then that's their loss. Follow the same rules and guidelines to try and negotiate/convince them to surrender. If not, do what you need to do. I understand it doesn't make a lot of sense since you need a gun out to start it, but it's a realistic method to robbing.

-Support This is just another petty report by beans. Saying Uh is not evidence that this was a purposeful shot. People say this all the time while they are formulating something they're about to say. You're making an assumption and coming from the reporter it definitely holds no merit. This instance is clearly one that would be left up to staff's discretion. Me personally, With the facts i have here, I would go with the lesser punishment of a verbal warning to be more careful. In my opinion there isn't any evidence showing that this was intentional. Beans, You should try and take more factors into account before making a report instead of looking at one black and white perspective. Obviously if you're capturing a point you're already on edge and then you drive up, get out, and run toward the point, One misclick is forseeable to happen every once in a while. If this happened several times, then maybe report them because they're being careless. You could literally just say "Hey, be more careful next time." and let that be the end of it. You need to take reports more seriously.

+Support No matter what way you look at this there is no possible way to make this sound better than it does. It sounds like you're disagreeing with matilda about how she handled something. Regardless, insulting someone based on where they live and how they sound is a very fucked up thing to do. Not only is it disrespectful but speech and speech impediments are a very common thing to feel self conscious about. All i can say is I'm disappointed in you.

I'm sorry Bart but i disagree. Saying you have to be HOS to correct a very simple and minor staffing mistake is completely ridiculous. Were a team and were here to help each other out. +/- Support With a 7 second video it's hard to find all of the context here and when it comes to reports i'm not going to make any assumptions. IF a player is blocking spawn then you are therefore stuck. IF this was the case moving the player a couple feet would be perfectly fine. At worst she moved the player too far. A quick "Hey matilda, be careful on relying on your physgun too much off duty." would have worked just fine.

+Support, He just did this same thing to Simptington and I. Aside from the annoyance of this whole situation we also lost a combined amount of around 25M of raidables. This guy needs to be stopped.
