I would say, play on PD for a while then reapply as you are on ARU quite a bit. Just to show Command that you will train cadets and that you deserve command.

As of now, as part of ARU, its been going fine. ARU and other tactical apartments have been working together in bank raids or any other type of raid/hostage. This has come down to trusting each other and being respectful to each other. You can ask any other tactical apartment, ARU have been treating each department the same as, nobody is above anyone. ARU has no extra say in any situation, we all work together for the same goal. And nothing will change, we all try to make it fair for everyone and so far it's being going well in my opinion. You are always being mingey, no exeptions, no evidence. You were given a chance but you aren't changing.

You see, it's not as simple as that, we can't just use a text screen. Cadets are still highly likely to either ignore it or won't understand how to install it, it's not a simple process and would be hard to explain over a text screen. You will have to deal with this and if they refuse to download Teamspeak, then you don't have to train them.

You should of been on staff, you can't make a report when you were also one of the staff who broke the rule.
