  1. What is your in game name? - Guru What is your SteamID? - 76561198097799897 What is your current rank? - SPC How much time do you currently have on the server? - Roughly 32 hours How long have you been in Nova? - Since 7/10/2022 How will you assist Nova with this rank? [50+ words] - I bring a lot of outside leadership experience to the table from my current and past work experience. Through my time being within this organization I have created great relationships with low experienced players as well as higher experienced players. I simply believe I can make a difference and become somewhat of a role model for anyone currently in the group, and players who have yet to join. I have no intentions on leaving Nova, I only want to further my roles and responsibilities within. Why do you want to become an NCO? [50+] - I would like to become an NCO not only for the ranks that come with it, but more for the responsibilities that are expected with those ranks. I would like to use the rank to guide new members on the correct path and teach them the correct ways to conduct themselves while wearing the Nova armor. I see myself as a leader who doesn't just tell people what to do, I want to be the leader that does it with them. This is not about being flashy and yelling at people, its about being the best coordinated and respected group on the server, and that's exactly what I would like to bring to the table as an NCO. Do you have any experience leading / being an NCO? - I do, just not on this server. I rose to high command through the means of raising up through 501st on the IceFuse server on GMOD, but unfortunately had to leave due to a work schedule. That should not be a problem moving forward. What is the purpose/duty of an NCO? [75+] - The responsibilities of an NCO are very high in my opinion. You are the immediate leader of the followers so-to-speak, so you must conduct yourself at a very high level in terms of being responsible, being a good teacher for any new PVT's that enter the group, and leading not from the sidelines, but from the front. Its no secret that lower ranks tend to embody their leadership, so its imperative that good leaders are put in the correct places.
