You should not tranq someone for those reasons call a staff member next time to help assist you with the issue. This is a short ban and I see no reason to overturn it.

I understand mistakes happen and you did not mean it in a harmful way. I will remove your auto ban but if this happens again your ban will not be removed in the future.
