- Activity in-game is good.
- Activity in TS could improve.
- Activity on the forums needs to improve.
- Application is good, and has a great amount of effort.
- Kind of new to Gaminglight.
- Behavior is good, but could use more improvements.
Overall, you deserve a chance, but I just think that you need to start improving your overall activity in-game, in TS and on the forums. Also get more people to know you and get along with those people. Other than all that, best of luck on becoming part of the PoliceRP staff team.

I like every type of cars, to be honest.
If anything, I'd probably choose Utility/SUV vehicles, like Ford F-150 Raptor, Ford Explorer, Chevrolet Silverado, etc.
Or a luxury sedan type of vehicle, like Audi A6.

This format is incorrect. You need to use the PoliceRP Staff Application Format instead of the MilitaryRP ones.
As for the application, I'm going to give you a -Support.
- Activity in-game needs improvements.
- Activity in TS needs improvements.
- Forums activity needs improvements.
- Application needs a lot more effort.
- High amount of warnings.
- Replied to own Staff Application.
Improve your activity in-game, in TS and on the forums. Application needs more effort, and you need the correct format if you want to become a PoliceRP staff. Also get more people to know you and get along with you. Anyways, best of luck with your application.
Also try not to reply to your own Staff Application. You should instead message the person.

Or we could just lower the damage multiplier. Like you could hit a pole at 1 km/h and damage yourself.

- Activity needs improvements.
- TS activity needs improvements.
- Training activity needs improvements.
- I haven't seen you assisting officers.
- Good enough time to apply for Lieutenant.
- Application is decent enough.
Overall, I suggest you improve your activity and get more Command members to know you. Improving your activity on the server helps you get more feedbacks from Command members. If a lot of Command members feel like you are ready for Command, then go ahead and re-apply. For me however, I haven't seen you online on the server lately, mostly because of timezones I guess. Anyways, that's all I can say. Best of luck.

I don't think you are ready for Lieutenant yet. You are a great Sergeant Major and I see that you are active, but you need more time as a Sergeant Major. As you fulfill the time you need as a Sergeant Major to apply for Lieutenant, improve your activity more and improve your activity on training Cadets, assist more officers. As for your application, you need to get a slight more effort so that Command will be interested in reading it. Show us that you are worthy to join the Low Command department! Best of luck.

Overall, Tim is fit for the Captain rank. I see that he is doing very well as a Lieutenant and I can safely say that he would make a good Captain. Best of luck, Tim.

Follow the correct staff report format or else Management won't do anything about the said staff member.
