Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum)
The reason on why I know I deserve this rank is the time on Garry's Mod I've had. I have been playing Gmod since probably 2015. I have gotten older and understood that someone's got to help the community with issues that are developing from the smallest thing from an argument to someone ruining everyone's experience on the server. I know I can earn my way on the staff by helping those that need to be helped and also help those enjoy the server to the best of the staff teams ability. I know some don't think I deserve a chance on the staff team I understand that but if they would get to know me I could change their minds. I know some old time GamingLight players don't trust those that put in the staff app's but take some time and let me show you I deserve this rank and I deserve to be apart a great staff team. I hope you all take some time and consider me for the staff team thank you all for the time.

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If the person is Mass RDMing I would give them a formal warn for MRDM along with a 5 day ban given by an admin and for the cussing out they are getting banned for 5 days for the massrdm but add the warn for disrespect.
Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? The best solution to this would to return 4 players and talk to each individual one on one to understand what the situation is. Having them yell and be toxic is not the best way for staff to get the situation handled.
