(150 Word Minimum) Well. honestly i want to be staff due to the GMT staff lacking. I want to be able to assist anyone that needs any help with anything. I feel like i can help by being respectful and kind to people. Furthering this, i am a nice guy who shows respect to anyone. I'm a courageous person who will ask questions and who will tell someone if they are in the wrong. I can work in a team which for me is very important. I am a very active player and i'm well know for being the EMS Chief which shows i am a dedicated person. I feel due to my timezone i can help the staff team by having staff on when typically there is not many on at all. I feel like i can handle situations in a professional way even if they are minging at me. I am a very calm person which also help with dealing with situations. I also want to be able to help others in staff to be a role model on how to do things. I want to make sure players want to join back due to the good player base and not a toxic and mingy one. I want to say thanks for reading! How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Firstly i would teleport the person to a roof to stop the toxicity from getting around the server and ruining players experience. Then i would try and calm the person down to try and stop them cursing, if they continue to curse then i would gag them and then further explain the reason i have gagged them. I would minge them for 300 seconds due to the fact i can only minge for 300 seconds. Then due to the mass RDMing i would go to a higher up following my chain of command and explain what this person has done. This would more than likely end up with a ban from my higher ups.

Firstly, i would try and calm said person down and if that does not work then i would gag them and explain why they are being gagged also what punishment will be given, cussing at staff is staff disrespect and i would keep that in mind for the final decision. Depending on how disrespectful it was, and if they were a repeat offender i would then consider issuing a warning and also minge and try and get a higher up to minge him / her for longer. Then i would explain to a higher up what has happened and provide proof needed to punish the rule breaker!

Hello members of gaminglight. I would like to start this of firstly publicly apologizing to Alex. He has done so much for EMS and i took that for granted when i should of appreciated what he has done for the department. I would like to say sorry to the who community for the stress i have caused due to my lapse in judgement. From now on big decisions will be more thoughtful and not out of anger. Again i want to say sorry to Alex again for demoting him for things he shouldn't of been demoted for. I want to thank @Mjay1808For convincing me and showing me the mistakes i have made. As you can see Alex is now back and he will be here to stay. I'm going to be working on my relationship with Alex so we have a active command and a command that gets along. Moving on to the more positive stuff! The roster is packed full of active command which i am proud to see. I will be working on the head paramedics and below to make sure we can have active medics too. I have experience with scprp due to me being moderator. However i am a good leader if i ever have to stand up and help out with anything. I am a overall nice guy that respects all people no matter what. One thing is that i am from the eu and there are not any EU event team and i think i could revamp the experience of the EU Events. I am a creative person that can take ideas and adapt them to make the players have a greater experience in general with events. I feel that the players from EU get a few if not any events and i would like to change that. I am a courageous person who will stand up to anything that is going against the rules even if they are my friend (Ill do this respectfully of course).My activity is one other reason why i should be a part of the team. I feel i can and will contribute to the community and help some ideas become a reality. I am very excited to hopefully be a part of something that can benefit the server. Describe an event you could create (The more specific the better):My idea! Outbreak has broken loose on the server. The electrics have malfunctioned and broken. All technicians have to repair the electrics before its too late. The doors have opened and the lights are off and the eerie feeling has spread causing mass panic across security and MTF. They have to hold it together and help keep everyone safe from those nasty SCP's. When the lights are on the security need to try and get the scp's back where they belong! What is your favorite SCP? Why? SCP 049. It looks visually amazing and i love how it acts and that i can make people feel unwell. Just love it in general.
