I think it should be a official video and not a member just saying it will make it more professional. Also I would say a intuitive video with no voice over but clear precise panning and detailed information

yeah + the Tahoe should stay the same rank wise I don't see need for change

plus COl+ is a quite active role now if you show that you deserve the rank you will be promoted

The more PD cars in one area will cause massive lag so training all of these in the same place is not the best idea. Also higher ups are meant to train them when they are promoted so
