Nope. I shot your car, the driver died. You hopped into the drivers seat and I shot it and then it blew up - leaving you on 50 something health. Then you ran for around 5 seconds when I was telling you to stop and put your hands up and that I had a gun to you (FearRP). Then to turned around, pulled out a gun and starting shooting me. I killed you and then took it to a sit because I've had MULTIPLE problems with the PD gang before. The screenshot shows me pointing a gun at you and you running which supports my side. It was a legit warn so get over it... please.

It's RP. And it only lasted aorund 2 minutes. The clip that I put in the "Evidence" part was half of it. Mal didn't record the other half.

You were flying around the base, in and out of the ground. So I couldn't hear you say "dont". When you were in the ground, the people above can't hear anything. It wasn't an admin sit, it was you selling him weapons. Never heard you saying "dont" since you were flying around, IN THE GROUND, which the people above can't hear. I have video evidence of you doing polls in chat of if my warn should be removed. Not my fault if my friends support me on it.

In the staff handbook, he should be cloaked and godded and not be interfering with RP. So if he's not godded or cloaked AND is interfering with my RP, and I kill him, it's his loss. Since he should be godded, cloaked and not interfering with RP according to the staff handbook.

And my warn removed since it wasn't my fault he was ungodded and uncloacked infront of me.

I never shot Zayn. I chainsawed him and did apologise afterwards. I do admit to killing him but it wasn't entirely my fault which is why I shouldn't receive the warning and that it should be removed. I know that god checking like, isn't necessary but it's one of the "in the moment" acts. Most admins get godchecked when uncloaked and most fail but I shouldn't have received a warn for it since it wasn't entirely my fault.

It was a joke since we were messing about and he was selling special weapons and such to Jojo. I mean, he did know it was a joke and he was unclocked AND ungodded... Also, I uh, chainsawed him.

Wrong. You never saw Mitchel or Alton die by cops which then I further killed. Then more rushed down (NLR may I add. Which I did tell you but you IGNORED). And that quote is wrong. Never said anything like that ingame, I was talking to Mitchel on Discord so he can verify that. They were swarming the back elevator which I then killed, before you showed up. And then they swarmed the front. OH LOOK! NLR AGAIN! Me and Mitchel verified with staff members MULTIPLE times before we ever snuck in for armour and health and were told it wasn't an advert situation. So not our problem if the staff team got it wrong, huh? We had no choice but to run down the elevator to try escape but they they swarmed and started shooting. Therefore, we had no choice but to shoot back, duh. There was 3 involved, yet you targeted me? Why did I receive a warning and the others didn't? Why didn't you take us 3 all into a sit and handle it the way you SHOULD handle it? Because you did it wrong. Then you flew away whilst I was in the middle of explaining the situation and then for some reason, CARRIED IT ON IN OOC... You weren't there for the whole situation, never let us say our side and just did your own thing. You handled it the wrong way and had no idea or proof of what happened during the situation. I did tell you that we were told by many staff on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS that they said we were allowed, but you didn't listen. You just flew away and carried it on in OOC instead of a sit. If someone calls in a report, you take them to a sit, listen to their side and then bring others and listen to theres. Did you do any of that the way you should? Never been told it wasn't allowed when we asked multiple times before doing it. Wasn't taken into an admin sit to say our side. He broke staff handbook rules and regulations. He didn't even let us tell him the whole story of what happened, was only there for around 20 seconds. I was targeted and warned when others were involved. Therefore, warn should be removed. Leave it to SMT now, I guess.

Me and Mitchel have snuck into PD for health and armour multiple times and checked with staff almost every time beforehand just in case the rules changed. Every staff who we talked to told us we didn't need to advert. Senior Mods, Admins and plenty of others. Nothing say it's a PD raid, as they've told us on MULTIPLE occasions, that we were allowed to steal health and armour without advert and if we get caught, we go to jail. If not, gg 100 health and 100 armour.

Was told by higher ups that stealing health and armour IS NOT a PD Raid since a PD Raid is to break people out. The armour and health are out in the open, not locked away. Therefore, not FailRP, not CopBaiting and pd raiding without advert. ALSO, cops shot at us first which then lead to us having to run down the elevator etc. All explained above in the report What I also don't see is why I was targeted out of everyone who participated. Never broke people out of jail when sneaking in to take health and armour, so we never broke a rule there too, as you've said. PD just need to be more careful for the stealthy ones to come use the health and armour.

We were being swarmed constantly. There was no escape till they stopped NLRing and swarming us from BOTH elevators as I explained above. And it lasted for longer than 15 minutes because cops were constantly NLRing.

We snuck into PD to get health and armour which DOES NOT require and advert. I have been told by many higher ups that sneaking in to steal health and armour isn't a PD raid. So yeah, that's what me, Mitchel and Alton did. We snuck into PD to steal health and armour. 100% ALLOWED, DOES NOT NEED AN ADVERT. We were then being shot at and police also attempted to taser us, for some reason, so we ran down the elevator and couldn't leave. We were being swarmed from BOTH ELEVATORS so there was NO ESCAPE but to shoot the cops swarming us. Whilst we're on that topic, the cops broke NLR multiple times over and over again so they should be the ones being warned. Mitchel and Alton then died by the cops and I survived and killed the 3-4 that were left down in the basement with me. BAM, out of nowhere, CameronTMOD showed up and started complaining about how I was breaking rules. I tried to explain to him that we were there to steal health and armour, then PD rushed us and we ran down the elevator. He didn't want ANY of it. Didn't listen. Then flew away without any warning whilst I was talking, MID WAY. After I kill the rest coming down, the elevator behind me was empty and no one was coming down from there so I made my escape when PD swarmed me again (Wow, NLR!). A few moments later, for some odd reason, CameronTMOD carries on the conversation in OOC and DID NOT at any point, bring it to a sit which he should do... I then try explain in chat, Mitchel and Alton alongside me too, CameronTMOD doesn't seem to car and listen and then warns me for "Cop Bait/Raid with no pd raid adverted" which is false and should be removed for the reasons I have listed above. Any extra information: CameronTMOD needs to be told to always take situations into sits and not carry it out in OOC because it just causes arguments. He also never listened to me, Mitchel or Alton's side and just carried on to warn me. He didn't even check logs when I told him to... For proof. To show the cop shot us first.

We both got them ages ago. None of us have them anymore. I'm 99.9% positive that both of ours were removed before Valk left. Mitchel just wasn't on the Discord at the time. When I got mine removed, he got his removed too.
