He has a total of 18 warns and less than three hours of playtime and lulw isn't much better off. Edit: I would like to express my disappointment in the current decision by JMT to only ban creatine for two days as a response to the situation and the lack of punishment whatsoever for lulw. I find it to make little sense that we will ban someone for two weeks for saying something like the n word, but when someone tries to give a player a seizure they only get a two day ban.

it sounds like this was a misunderstanding as tactical is known to be a very relaxed and goofy jmt member. Because of that i will +support this and reccommend that you are more careful with who you shoot

As will stated in the sit, this is false. While law enforcement cannot be ticketed, the president and vice president CAN be as they are to a certain degree still citizens (this is why they can't ticket arrest or partake in police work). This has also been stated by tactical in a previous situation where i was the president being ticketed. The reason i told him to drop the money is for that reason. You CAN ticket government, but the game physically cannot allow you to. You CAN however arrest them and the game doesn't stop you from doing so if they refuse to do that. So the issue with this statement is that the motd does not make mention that you can actually request a ticket in this manner to the president. Because of this, it makes sense why he acted like that as to him he could easily see it as fail rp and corruption for some random cop to ask him to pay or go to jail. Again, the motd needs to clarify this.

+/- support As the person who called the sit initially, I do agree that the rules were definitely broken. However upon further talk with sinclair, it has become clear to me that this should not be a warn as he was clearly unaware of this rule at the time of the warn. Not only this, but he is correct to say that the motd does not explain that you can only not ticket law enforcement, but you can ticket the president, vice president, and judge. The inability to ticket government jobs, including the three exceptions, implies that you are not supposed to ticket them either, so I can see why he would expect it to be fail rp to force the president to drop money for a traffic offense. I believe instead of sinclair being warned for this that the motd should make this more clear.

-support there's no way to prove that you indeed were just trying to use a broken keybind, nor evidence the car wasn't actually lockpicked. Even if there was a way to prove that you made a keybind mistake, that is still entirely your fault for not paying attention to the fact the particularly noticable yellow text in chat never appeared when you hit the button.

I definitely don't go around randomly killing people in the AFK room and Chad gave no indication of the sit taking place (mind you i keep my volume on while tabbed out) and made no attempt to say something to me either in discord or in game next time he saw me online. One of the most important rules in the entire staff handbook is to get all sides of the argument (exception for ltaps) and not only was there no attempt to do this, there wasn't even an attempt to notify me of the warn's existence. What you want to see? - The courthouse being made a seperate building across the street Why should we add it? - right now theres a giant ugly patch of nothing right outside doc. Making the courthouse its own building would fill in the gap there as well as solving a slew of issues as a result of the current public court being in the middle of DOC owned kos/aos property. I have begun seeing a SLEW of really disruptive conflict between the judicial ranks and DOC (check the suggestion by sinclair. He detailed that rather extensively). This will also allow people to attend the court publicly since the current setup makes it really hard for people to get in as the court is past the kos/aos line as well as alleviating the dangers of someone trying to get in to jailbreak. All and all it will deescalate conflicts, make the map prettier, and make things run smoother from all sides What are the advantages of having this? - improved rp and less conflict between the judges and doc.
