Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum): I believe I deserve this rank for multiple reasons. First, I have gained a bunch of experience in the many sits I have taken over the past couple months. I have made myself knowledgeable on most of the rules so that I can assist other players in understanding them too. With anything I am unsure of, I make sure to check the MOTD for reference and ask fellow staff if necessary. Second, I believe I have followed through on my promise that was made in my trial mod interview to carry forward my skills from my previous staff runs in other communities. I am cautious and careful about my sits and ensure all sides have a say on the issue. I am stern but also nice about genuine accidents if players want to learn from them while taking account logs and previous warnings. Third, I have mastered the ULX commands required for my rank and have gotten quicker and more efficient with them. Fourth and finally, I have balanced myself between my command role, my IRL work situation, and staffing. I recognize that I have to make sacrifices to my RP so others can enjoy theirs and make those sacrifices every day. I am committed to being online and available whenever it is possible. 16. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? When the player in question is brought to the sit, I'll give them an opportunity to calm down before beginning. If they refuse, I will mute and/or gag depending on the player. I will begin by checking logs to determine if and how many were RDMed. I will allow the player time to explain their actions if they so wish. If it is confirmed by logs and explanation that they mass RDMed, I will explain that they are receiving a warning and a ban for the incident. After, I will issue a MRDM warning along with how many were killed and contact an Admin+ to issue the appropriate length ban (5 days per handbook). If none are available, I will contact a Senior Moderator to issue a shorter ban until it can be properly lengthened. 17-Q2. In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? The circumstances depend on the player. After the initial punishment has been handed, I will keep watch on the player and notify other staff just in case. If additional punishment is necessary, I will escalate based on the punishment guidelines in the handbook. If not, then the day carries on.
  2. +/- Support I'm not opposed to the change. The game of chance still applies solo or roll-off. Just if this does get accepted, the roll shouldn't be super high (85 is overkill) as to nerf 106. Maybe in the 50-60 range.

  6. Very much this. If there's noticeable problems, opinions will change in that time. But the change has to settle for at least a little bit.
  7. +Support It is a bit annoying to hold yourself up. Considering the wait times for the self-breach, a platform to relax on would be nice.

  10. The Titanfall donator weapons are currently not showing their models. When equipped, they are errors with no sounds. I was approached by someone with similar issues so I know it's not an isolated issue.
  11. I agree with this fully. There was no real intent to break the rules at the moment. We are at this stage because it was "generally accepted" by the community that 3 extinguishers on you means fire goes off and everyone walks back. However, the current rules do not reflect being that the wording signifies that you are "required to hold your SWEP at all times outside of your containment cell" and should be "retreating away from the fire extinguisher." I believe the next step should be making the suggestion to make the necessary changes. -Support for any punishment. He already received the verbal for the incident.

  13. +Support Mature, respectful, and an all around good person. Not even gonna talk about the warns cause he has shown a great deal of growth since then. Application looks great. I see high hopes and potential in him.
  14. +Support Her level of creativity, storytelling, and event making is above and beyond. Seeing her story in the making in technical as well as her writings in technical logs shows me she is truly committed to her creations. I have 0 (zero, zilch, nada) doubt in my mind about her potential or capabilities.

(1-10): 6 (See note) Why you should keep your position (Command Only, 100 word minimum for LCMD, 150 for HCMD): While my activity on the server is not at it's greatest this month due to a variety of things, I always make sure my obligations are met and ensure the well-being of technical. I am always available for questions on and off the server. I make sure I submit my weekly log on time (albeit last minute). And I give it my all being the sole branch I am apart of. I may not be the person who can do at-the-minute events but I believe in my ability to lead and oversee. While being an overseer may not be the most ideal for this rank, I believe someone has to be the rules and safety manager. I will continue to contribute whenever possible, attend every meeting, and help along any mini-event that anyone wants to do. Seriously, just ask! I do have an event in work-in-progress that I hope will make up for the lost time. Any changes you would like to see: Steam ID record-keeping for proper purging after removals. Will eliminate the very rare occurrence of people who have the whitelists but no roster record getting on to commit rule/SOP breaking. Any notes or questions: Work, school (summer session for university till the 23rd), a tournament, upcoming birthday, and staff obligations is having a moderate effect on my activity and I acknowledge it's quite noticeable.
