They were Civilian...might be because they were afk because they didn't get on staff.

-Support Dude, you cant report an admin when he used his powers to get you in trouble I mean go break rules on another server but get it outta here. You can report someone when you don't break 5 rules in the report video.

Maybe not the actual job but there are EMS slots being added so more EMS can play once and some EMS will be on patrol and some will be in the hospital.
