Why do you WANT to become a Senior Event Team Member?: Due to the nature of events and operations I run, it would open the door for more possibilities to create in-depth stories for the server to participate in. It would allow me to flourish as a storyteller with lessened restrictions. Why should you be trusted to be a Senior Event Team Member?: I've been an active member on SCP-RP since December 2021, I was a moderator prior to my short lived resignation, as well as a trusted ET member. Since my return to the server I quickly rejoined the event team as I love creating stories for the server to participate in. Give an example of a mega event: OVERALL EXAMPLE: Megaevents are events that involve the ENTIRE SERVER... everyone has some kind of involvement with the movement of the story PERSONAL EXAMPLE: I've created 2 major operations for the "Foundation Agencies" each major operation had 10 events with a storyline following up into one major fight at the end. (Think almost TV series). The choices that the agents made for these operations could drastically change the outcome the rest of the events and either give them advantages or disadvantages. What do you consider to be the best event you have ever created: The first main operation I ran for the Foundation Agencies, the operation prior to the announcement really made the story more life as they found the VHS tape on a barrel next to a TV, then showing them this. What is your Total Amount of Events according to the "Events Hosted" column on the roster?: Roster doesn't show the total amount of events I've hosted. If someone could help me find it that'd be great. How active can you be: I can try to be active 4/7 days. The explanation behind it was this guy keep annoying me after told many times to stop and did not so I started to kill him. and then after awhile of doing this he reported me so that is why I have the warns. Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: Because as a Veteran of Imperial RP I Loved SF. My favorite regiment was the Death Trooper which are really similar to RRH. I have been an Officer many times in Imperial RP being SF(Star Fighters), Naval, and Was in inferno Squad and Death troopers (Imperial RP Specials Forces). I also have a lot of combat experience and as EX Special Forces I know how they work and know how to follow the Rules. I'm also in AFJROTC with is a Leadership course at which I'm very good at and have been complement many times on it. i was even on a elite group in Imperial RP called Fleet Brigade which at the times was a highly respected CC/SF that was loved by everyone. and a thing about this group was it had the hardest tryout in the whole server by 5x. which made me the battle harden combat expert I am today and i can thank @ZeferGaming(I don't know if I'm allowed to Ping people so if I wasn't suppose to I am sorry I did not know) for that. And why I am choosing engineer is because when I was a BIO for CI it was my favorite thing to do and love the RP that came out of it and have a lot of experience when it comes to engineering stuff. Lastly when I was on Imperial I got Senior Moderator quick because how good and effective I was at my job. Because I always looked at the fine details and would never give up. Why should we accept you: I'm a great person to get along with and very fun to be around. Like I said I have a lot of combat experience and I have great awareness why I was really good at being Imperial Specials Forces. (150 WORDS+): I believe that I ought to be chosen for Senior Command for several reasons. I know and have proven I have enough responsibility and exceptional dedication to hold this position. Showing my extreme dedication as a Security Deputy Head Field Training Officer. I am tasked every day with overseeing and managing matters, amongst other training responsibilities. Not only that, but I have to update the documents frequently to fit the new security changes and I have to oversee and manage obligations. I have hosted FTO meetings adequately and the main meetings in the past. I will continue to prove my value and dedication time and time again within Security, FTO, and Wardens programs. I'll keep doing my best to demonstrate my worth and commitment to security and the FTO program. Despite juggling several tasks on the server, I behave with respect and am active in my position even though I juggle multiple responsibilities on the server. I have more than enough time to handle my rank as a 1st Lieutenant, and I know I could handle the rank of Major. On weekdays, I spend almost 5 hours a day holding down D-block with all the NCOs and fellow command members. I am also able to get on for at least 8 hours a day on weekends. I know this also shows my dedication of time to the server and security as a whole. I continue to strive and show my dedication to everyone in the branch. I've met so many wonderful people on this server lately, even if they come and go. I am ready to complete my duties at all times and show that I do care about this branch. I will never choose any other branch over security and will never transfer to any other branch, unlike other individuals. In conclusion, I would like to become a member of Senior Command because I would like to help close the gap between command, NCOs, and enlisted. I want everyone to feel respected and part of the GenSec family. I have realized through my journey as a command that it is not fun if a command member or NCOs just sits in other rooms avoiding each other just because of their rank. If we all came together, we would have one of the most unified branches on the server, and everyone would have so much more fun. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: I would pull them aside to a peaceful area and inform them about the rules and when you should and should not be leaving d-block. If they continued to break this rule I would hand out a demotion to the Security Officer and inform him that he needs to be retrained and should reflect on his actions. 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I would inform them that as an NCO you are showing responsibility and leadership so when you are leaving D-block with reasons that do not make sense you are being a bad example. I would continue saying that as an NCO you gain many perks such as leaving D-block on your own but, you should not be abusing this because it can be taken away very quickly. Even after I tried to negotiate with the NCO and they continued to do it again I would give them a strike for this occurrence. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I will capture the clip of this happening using my recording software and inform the E-11 private that he is not allowed to be here in D-block. I would then tell an E-11 command member of this incident and let them handle the punishments for this issue. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: We will go through all of the information in the NCO guide on the rank of SGT and help them set up their binds in-game. Once I have finished all of that I will move on to tell them that they are now the proper rank to apply for Command when the applications are open. Finally, I would ask if they wanted to join FTO and try to train them and then hand them the Junior NCO whitelist in-game.

I think suggestions is a place for anything to be added. If its a minor QoL change or a solution to boost server wide FPS and performance this is the place to do it. I don't see a reason for someone to only post suggestions about content updates they would like to see or just small changes and tweaks to make the server just a little bit better. If someone has an idea, post it. Who cares if they only post small content updates or only post to add new SCPs. Overall +Support, holiday based changes to servers around this time of year have shown to boost player count and player retention.

I'm always so appreciative of your ideas, this is surely helpful just like your elevator music idea, changing code nuke to code white, a sound change to the site lockdown, and stopping the shaking for the Micro HID. Maybe gameplay dynamics is something to look at too?

Class-D have a choice: Hit rocks in D-Block mine. You will be completely safe from Security and MTF and will not be killed. However the pay is minimal (low risk low reward). Go to surface and chop wood. You are at high risk of being killed by MTF, sarkic, SCPs, etc. However the pay is high (high risk high reward). There are other ways to gather money but the risk increases with the pay. That's the cost of getting wood on surface. But if you want to be safe, AFK in the mines.

+support The stat buffs are fair considering they are still below E-11's stats and I do also support the speed/jump changes for HTF. However, I do agree with Mind's sentiment that we don't need a speed war starting between the other branches. I'd prefer this be the last speed/jump change to a branch job that occurs for a while to avoid too many jobs getting excessive mobility. Hope the branch update helps!
