all im saying is that in order for a branch to be active, you need chill and likeable high command. also there is a reason that the snr cmd in r&d right now have been there and hasnt moved in ages. then why did the same thing happen with box and all you put reported him to site admin? it wasnt corrupt. there was absolutely no way to promote those snr command to high command and EVEN if, it was a site admin vote. wasnt only MY choice. sounds like youve been fed misinformation mate. Box and Cloaker both got promoted and we all were under the impression that box would have someone to back him up. But you know when you get left alone and you cant rely on any snr command, what do you expect. ALSO, it was an application on the forums. if you want, you can look back at those applications and really the difference in the grammar, points, and the appeal of the entire application.

I’ll be damn to have the branch I came from since I first joined the server be removed or changed drastically in anyway possible. Whole point of RND is to help provide the RP environment for Chaos, as chaos in pretty much your run & fun type of branch. There’s ways we can help contribute towards the branch and ways to fix it up, it all takes a bit of motivation and to start getting our gears moving.

You are disgraceful, if you want to remove RnD then why don't you remove D5? D5 is literally pay to win, it would bring more activity to E11 and Nu7. I'm not saying to actually remove the branch as it brings more fun to people. Like how RnD bring fun to people IN RnD. It is a RP branch and people RP it's just that YOU haven't been in RnD to see that. You bring up FS is combatants, as HFS, yes they are but they are not to fire unless fired at. Which they always are because YOU, as a MTF, always kill and never Fear rp unless told. They can only go in site when getting hostages and SCPs, FOR ROLEPLAY. Which they do in fact do that. More: RnD was a branch that got made up, so was D5. If your going to get rid of a branch that was made exactly the same way, and made the same amount of fun to people, then it is hypocritical. Why should one branch get removed because it removes activity from other people when D5 does that too. I love D5, it is a amazing branch. But it is still a branch that got payed to get in the server and brings another group that D-class, goi, ect, have to beat.

Removing RND will do nothing but leave a blank space for free roam RP that the branch brings greatly, RND is a huge aspect of chaos, the only reason it doesn't seem so at the moment is because the activity is at a low point, CI in general has had 5 command members recently leave for various reasons, It's not RND's fault where it's at right now. RND isn't perfect and could use a few changes but removing or turning it back into a sub branch isn't going to help at all, plenty of people who love Roleplaying that live and breath RND will do what's best for the branch, Let command and the members potentially moving into Gamma Command deal with making RND great again, it's a great branch just needs to be fixed around a bit and brought back to life from those who care deeply for it.

because he wasn't on and was ghosting us and SA. and how he wasn't on the server. look i just felt like at the time it was unfair how a known minge and someone who wasn't even RND was able to get the position of DDOP it makes no sense. because box wasn't doing his job enuz he was more concerned about combat then anything else and how is that our problem? when box and cloaker both refused to listen to us nor ask for help when something seemed difficult even when me and yohan tried to help with the branch update they did cloaker had removed me and yohan from the process once they become high command. and couldn't even tell us themselves Vindertech had to inform us when we tried to open the doc containing the whole branch update. im not trying to seek confrontation between facts and lies but i would be more then happy to discuss them with you.

buck i respect you man we have also known each other for a while but this was uncalled for man what you brought up where solid point's I'll give you that but think about it for the last couple high command minus [ neo and a select few others] had been kinda crappy either A making there own Idea's to the branch that was supposed to be Mainly rp branch or B using for personal gain or C not being able to repair a ship that's to badly damaged. and also very true we do have jobs that are combat based in RnD but no one uses them name the last time you saw someone actively use Field Specialist. and to be honest we had talks to possibly scraping it because it was a spin off of BIO so there really was no point to it to begin with and by your logic many other branches should have been removed for either have no high command or active high command so with these few parting words i like to just say that true RnD is Supposed to be a Roleplay branch and RnD in general don't start being really active till late July or august so please don't try to start something you can't win because of your lack of Intel of RnD and Hear say doesn't count btw your boi Atlas -support

He has helped develop several command members in their skills and has experience in working with other command members in an overseer position. With his time as a Naval VCMDR equivalent he proved himself worthy and succeeded in the position before transferring to DT, which he has helped immensely in maintaining and developing its success as a battalion. With his innovation and dependability in these positions and while overseeing SF and IC, his clean record, and his levelheadedness to always make an informed, smart decision, he is by far the best choice for this round of Fleet Admiral. This is plain to see and it would be a grave mistake to pass him up for it.

- Big Support I do not feel Kio would make a good Marshal Commander at this time, and here is why. 1) Kio more or less killed Nova off due to his own need to show off. He logged... 50 something Command Loggings in the first month. Activity is good and inactivity is bad, but this has shown the server that Over Activity can be just as fatal to a battalion. During this time, I can't even recall how many numerous times that I heard Nova members not wanting to be on their Nova life because they could not do anything aside from the SIMs Kio forced them to do. Not only that, but it very clearly burned Kio out as his loggings were no where close to that the remainder of the month. 2) Kio oversteps his bounds often, not knowing his depth as Nova Commander. While he has (I believe) good intentions at heart, he has regularly overstepped in telling Command Members what to do or how to operate their own battalions. Regularly have I been told "I'm just trying to make other Commanders look good, I don't care about how I look" which, sounds quite disingenuous to say the least. By telling other Commanders, who are EQUAL to yourself how to operate their respected units, you're implying that you know better or are superior to them. Hosting a VCMDR+ meeting to tell others to step it up wasn't a good move either. That is not your job, and I think by doing these things you've made it to where people won't respect you, even if you do get accepted to this position. The general attitude I've seen him have for a long time has only reinforced this as well. 3) He seems to make things up on the fly for no apparent reason. Examples: Kio told another unnamed Command Member that you cannot refer to K2 droids as "Clanker", even calling it FailRP. How is referring to a droid as a droid FailRP? It isn't. When I heard of this he pulled me aside and gave me a word of telling me not to, saying "K2s don't like it". Don't play on a droid then? I've been called that countless times when playing Medical Droid Level Job but I've never taken offense to it nor claimed it FailRP. Not only that, but he tried to tell me during a event briefing that I have to have my ... RP name as my ISB name. Why would that ever be the case when half the time as an ISB you get killed off. I have been a GM numerous times under Emily, Mando, PC and now Kio/Azrael in the absence of PC and never once has that been a rule. Kio, as a SGM, should be aware of GM rules in their entirety, so I do not buy that he was "told numerous times that was a rule". 4) He hasn't really done any positive, notable things for Nova that I have seen, only maintained status quo where possible and kept Nova afloat despite entirely burning them out early in the month. All of this being said, I do not dislike Kio as a person. He can be fun to play with and bullshit with and talk to, but I do not believe he is ready for High Command. I do not think many people would respect that authority if it were vested in him and I think he needs a reality check and more time at Nova Commander before achieving HC. At this moment, I believe there are better options to fill this position.

We need a donator job - it will also promote more donations as SF will get something in their battalion We do not use the Cadet Job so it can be removed Titan Squadron is lore accurate Having a new model will invigorate the battalion

Semi-Accepted From what it looks like, a lot of weird stuff was going on in this situation and a lot of blame to pass around. I'll talk to Catalyst within RRH about how better to deal with situations like this but the MTF raid was valid. When the person your negotiating with keeps leaking the information you're trying to sell, that's a valid reason to launch an MTF raid.

+ Support As a long time Member of SF, I agree that we need a donator job. Basically every battalion has a donator job but SF. I also believe that it will help in Starfighters Success, we already and starting to get good player counts on SF, and with this I think it will make more people want to join the battalion so they can get access to those ships. I also like the Idea of the Inferno Pilot playermodel as it can give some variety as it has multiple bodygroups and it's very customizable. Also + support for the Removal of the Cadet job. We had this job ages ago and would give it to FCs and JPs so they didn't have access to the ITT and VTOL as they couldnt be flight certed, but now FC can be Flight Certified so it is Useless.

im just going to say this the main reason why RND is in this state the now is due to previous high command wathin the branch and them not helping the branch now i hole harted love this branch, and Neo chose to come back to help us but with what he had to fix it was a problem he had never had to deal with so i cant blame him he actually tryed to help but other CDOPs did nothing in the slightest to help so right now RND is not at it's best but it's no where near it's worst ive seen this branch in a very dark place and we allways bounce back this happens every year. and not even that know what fuck it ill say this when it came to that application for high command that was not a fair selection that shit was you had to be on good terms ill say that ether you were buddy with Enuz! and then we had Fiery our last CDOP who did nothing to help whats so ever so buck in short i think you have wrote of RND a bit to fast neo only just left and ngl we did fine with out neo here and i can say for a fact that we will bounce back better than ever. and see when we have a good high command we can do grate things like take the EOI back when neo was CDOP he said the EOI would never happen NEVER then we had a new CDOP and the whole branch poped of. and as much as i dont want to say this but like the way some people got high command back then was not fair in the slightest take box (no offence) his application was not the best he had a habbit of being a minge he was not in command long however he was friends with Enuz then gets it. now how the fuck that make any seance then look at senior command at the time they were in the branch the longest they har the respet of the branch at the time it was corupt as fuck and im a tad disappointed that i didnt speak out. and i think that the the main reason why we are loseing players is that the server is an RP server but it's now going to more of a fucking pure PVP with rp on the side this server.

With Neo disappearing into thin air yet again R&D has lost its last member of gamma command(HCMD) A lot of people are not a fan of R&D saying that it just takes up space and is a rather dead branch so I wanted to ask peoples opinions on how the branch is. Personally I feel that the branch has had a good run but it’s time for it to go. The branch is beginning to become more of a combative branch with passive RP sub classes that are rarely used. Whenever R&D are online they are playing either BIO (combative) Field Specialist(combative) or EOI(Idfk) when they aren’t on those jobs they are playing on a military donator job or level job. I understand that we are trying to bring back RP to the server but when we look at it. What’s the purpose of R&D? You do the same things as research just under the name Chaos. The branch has not been in a good state for months now And granted gamma command has tried very hard to fix it and I applaud them for that however it’s not turning Out the greatest. I feel that removing the branch would be beneficial to both research and CI military as it would bring in more numbers for both branches however this is just my opinion Please know that with this post I mean no dissrespect to the branch or the command it has within. This is just my opinion and I wanted to put it out there as I know others feel the same way
