+/- Support (leaning to minus) -The current healing rate is a bit high I think 75% of current would be good -If breached during off-hours with no one with a robot/cloaking job on, basically impossible to recontain -This clip is a bad example as you were cross-firing a shit ton and people not being stunned were just sitting there -A squad of 5 combatants should NOT be able to recontain a KETER class SCP unless they have an amazing spot/strategy like using the sides of checkpoints -Using 682 as a comparison isn't really fair as 1 person can single handedly rc them by closing doors on them and running -A called out 2191 can EASILY be rced if MTF actually think instead of bumrushing with thermals and wasting them (go in groups, don't get into CQB) 2191 currently is pretty balanced and should be strong due to it being a KETER on an SCPRP server. Using offhours is unfair as we would have to nerf almost every scp as they are all basically impossible to rc during them. The only appropriate nerf I see is slightly reducing the hp gained when using his SWEP, as he should not be able to run into a horde of 10+(not 5+) MTF and win

What are you suggesting? - Buffing/Changing some of the D-Class jobs and weapons. only like 2 of the jobs are viable and the rest only do well due to donator weapons. Dual Berettas are too unreliable Lugar has recoil problems... for a 9 millimeter pistol. These changes should balance out the D-Class weapons and not force donator weapons to be relied on. LCZ needs a redesign. More containment chambers for Euclid SCP's that arent very powerful. Needs to have more hallways and maybe some vents. perhaps some special rooms (Like the gas room on site-05 that locked the hallway door when enabled) HCZ needs a retexture. more containment chambers and more halls. make it slightly more difficult to navigate with less elevators. Less acid and more endless pits. SCP-682's chamber needs to seem more dangerous with plenty of defense mechanisms and maybe a new way to breach him (Break open a gate switch in a level 4 locked room, alerting all of site. Lower the acid, Raise the grate, and open the doors while the alarms are blaring. this would allow 682 to be omega buffed) EZ needs a retexture and make it seem more like an area you are able to relax. A small medbay thats more of a checkup area for Band-Aids. Gate-a needs to be redesigned. Surface needs a complete overhaul. there needs to be more hills and less trees. make the surface snowy or in a desert as it would add to the "middle of nowhere" vibe SCP sites give off. CI base needs to be inconspicuous hidden in the middle of nowhere. there should be a small town with warehouse for Mech Raids, looking inconspicuous on the outside but having obvious foundation vibes inside. Echo 5 needs to be a sort of FOB type base with highly advanced technology vibes. make the surface seem bigger than it is. Most importantly bring back the grand scale of Site-05's Dick & Balls mountain, it needs to be huge (with 2 smaller hills on the bottom to look like balls) For the whole map, add a render distance with fog. this would heavily reduce total lag of the server causing less shit to be rendered. Lower the prop count and make props apart of the world.

I think EOI's lives are hard enough with the sheer metagame they're drowned in. If the foundation cant have their 3 mtfs on site, their security force, and whoever catches and reports the one suspicious person wandering through base solve the spy problem, they deserve to be spied on. With the amount of nerfs EOI has been drowned in, I think its fine. Besides, when bunks are a thing, and the necessity of testing with various dangerous creatures and substances, why wouldnt their be wardrobes and such in places for staff to access? Its a GMod server, not an in depth RP. In SCP:CB Maynard managed to cripple the entire site with one small plan and a flick of a switch. Didnt seem too hard for him to literally finesse the security of the foundations biggest site for ci. Foundation has every advantage. If they get fucked on, they deserve it for not pressing said advantage.
