(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I deserve the rank of senior moderator because I have a very extensive and broad understanding of the MOTD and know how to staff appropriately. I am a very active member of the community and play on the server every day and also post on the forums every day. Another reason why I deserve senior moderator because I am a very fair and understanding staff member. I never have a bias toward one side and always hear both sides before issuing a punishment. Another reason I should be a senior moderator is that I have a good reputation in the community. I have only 1 warn that was given to me a long time ago. I don't really have any personal grievances with anyone on the server and I always am respectful to others on the server even if people are insulting me I just ignore them and move on or report it. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First, I would teleport both parties to a sit. (The reporter and the reported) If the reported is constantly cursing at me and after I asked him to calm down multiple times. I would gag and mute him. Then I would gather evidence. I would ask the reporter for evidence like video of the reported RDMing and also check logs. After gather evidence I would warn the reported for mass RDM and ask an Admin+ to ban them for 5 days. If there is nobody available to ban the player I would make a ban request on the forums and include the evidence I gathered and their steam ID.

+ support honestly I think silly has grown from his mistakes that got him removed from command, and I’d love to welcome him back to the command team. the application seems to have had a lot of effort put into it, and i think that shows how much silly wants to re-join research command, and how dedicated they are to the branch.

-Support I see we’re you are coming from but murderers and serial killers main purpose is to /murder. To make it so they can’t do it seems odd especially if it is just to use a weapon with your family. I think if you want to do use the weapon you should just buy it. (I know the price of it is not cheap) It also might be bad because we might see people who are in a family change their name just to murder than change their name again.

We all know and love the current forums reactions, but I think one crucial emote is missing from the reactions list. And that is the emote. I suggest that the skull emote is added to the reaction list to the forums. It would be a neutral reaction so it doesn't affect forums users' reputation on the forums. Use this version though;

[150+ Words] I'm applying for this position to be able to help and work with all the rest of the officers and fulfill my duties as being a mentor for the people around me. I am super active and I am only ever on IF when I'm on the server and I think I'd be a perfect fit. I have plenty of experience with commanding / being an officer in the past, I have about 5,000 hours on GMOD in total and I can say majority of it is hours and hours on STARWARS RP. Not only do I have experience with commanding / being an officer but I have the proper mindset for it. I can assure you my activity will always remain the same [unless there is a IRL issue obviously which id put in a LOA for] but other than that I have been playing on this server for 2 years, I've resigned from IF on multiple occasions but I like the command team and all the people in it and now I am more committed than anything. Well, I think a lot of you saw it coming. I wont do a long message and tell every story I had, I just don't feel like getting on Medic anymore and I have been inactive for a month now.
