I have now worked my way back up to Senior Admin, with over 336 Sits total. I have had to deal with a large variety of sits ranging from Store Blacklists, Alt accounts, Mass RDMs, Racism, Homophobia etc. I have had to deal with sits whilst being cursed at etc, so I have a lot of experience dealing with all sorts of people and situations whilst remaining unbiased and calm. What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) Roughly June - July 2021. However, my forums account was made on August 18th, 2021. What date did you make your forums account? August 18th, 2021. Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? Darth. (Can be any length) I deserve the rank for many reasons. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time playing the community for almost the past year, and gaining this position will allow me to take one step closer to ensuring the server runs as smoothly as possible and allow me to mentor more staff members with the experience I have gained thus far. I am more interested into the management side of the server too, which I have already began to help with already. The following reasons are why I feel I deserve this position: Trustworthy: I feel that I am a very trustworthy individual, this has been seen from my time progressing though the RP ranks up to being a General of the Imperial Army. During my time as a member of AHCOM, I have been able to work closer to management, implementing many changes with the servers best interest at heart. This role has also allowed me to build my relationship further with members of SMT and Management which I had not had prior. I feel that I am seen as a trustworthy individual from these actions. And will be able to work the best with SMT / Management out of all candidates. Helpful: I feel I have been a very helpful member of the staff team, always ensuring I go the extra mile to help out. Some instances of these actions would be: A) Helping out apple with the new GM guidelines with ISB roleplay, the rules surrounding it and general formatting. With my experience from High Command, I had a better output as most other people would with these. B) Helping out the GM team's interviews multiple times when they have not had enough people to do them. I have done this multiple times (when I am not a GM) as I feel that the strong core to making the server most popular is in fact the GM team. C) Hosting the Combat simulation as a Temporary GM when there were no available GM's to do so. This event was one of the key things that helped the server maintain max player count for multiple hours and generated huge hype for the server. Easy to work with: I feel I am very easy to work with as I am an openminded individual who does not show biased to anyone regardless of rank. Experienced: I am also probably one of the candidates who has played on the server the longest. I have seen things which work and do not work on this server, so I will have useful and reliable input when working with management to implement new things on the server and when mentoring staff on the server. To Conclude, these are some of the benefits I will bring to the JMT team, with finishing University in a month too, I will have LOTS more time to be very active and the best possible member to the JMT team as possible! How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? So, I have had to deal with this plenty of times, so here is how I do it every time. I bring them both, when he begins cussing I gag him, as the person who reported him for any sort of evidence (e.g. A clip). After this, I watch the clip (if they have one) then I check logs to see how many people they shot / killed. After I do this, I will have a rough estimate in my head as to their punishment. I will then explain to the individual who I have gagged to make sure they stop cursing and that I am going to ungag them to hear their side of the story. After they have explained their side, and it is either not a reasonable explanation or (they are just outright being rude) I will give them the punishment, starting off with a Warn & 5 day ban, however, this could change with the severity of the action.

  3. Today I take the Gaming Trademark name Zefer and turn it into a brand name to start my new Video game Reviwing Job on the internet. It won't be on YouTube though to risky it will be a publishing thing starting on the internet and through the newspaper in my Provence I'm calling it ZeferGaming I will be working on my first review in the coming Weeks with my Programs I've been going to. Ive also got a Twitter acc to support it. I'm vary exsited about this I'm hopping it pans out for me.

Name: Domz SteamID: STEAM_0:1:97345421 Current Rank: Lead researcher , SLTR , APP Time in Research (Estimate): 1-2 months Why do you believe you should be in Research Command?: I think I should be in Research Command because I'm always trying to be as active on research as I can possibly be, whenever I get the chance to show any activity for example mass tests I try my best to attend to it, if I ever cant attend a mass test I am most likely training or sleeping. I have always followed the SOP and or the MOTD and I have tried to encourage and remind the people who have recently joined research to keep following them. I am always thinking of tests to do and trying hard to make my testing logs look presentable and fun to read. My dream has always been in research has to become a high ranking and teach others like I was when I was a JR. What can you bring to the table that others can't?: I have a dedication to this branch that I would never betray and due to my perseverance I am mostly able to be active so I am constantly able to do anything the involves research and what it offers. And I always try my best to assist anyone in need of help or a question they have, and if I ever get given a task that's important I will try my best to complete said task to my best capability. I am unfortunately around 5 hours ahead of the regular EST time zone but this gives me ample opportunity to think about what needs improving within the research or what to do within the future of the day. What would you do to better Research and increase activity?: I would try my best at all times to hold Mass tests, I've found that having a collective amount of people banding together and mutually testing on the same scp more fun than simply going out and doing a regular test furthermore I would also hold more PT's to encourage anyone to attend and join the event being hold and possibly get others to join research trainee. Though to increase activity I would encourage any higher ranks to give some recently trained JRs ideas to test on scps then help conduct the test with them, I would do this as I have seen a lot of people get trained for research then never get back onto the job, this is possibly due to them being immediately overwhelmed with what to do after getting trained. I would also possibly set up some system that gives a research-wide goal to achieve something to encourage people to get on and think about what to do for testing for example: [Find why SCP-999 is orange!] Note: I hope you liked my Application.

Reason for Loadout: This job is meant to be a combination of Heavy and brawler in a way, as seen in the loudout with some comparability. I still want this job to revolve around purge duties but i also want something different for Purge, therefore providing the Jetpack and weaponry, not making it too overpowered. Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?: Yes, we believe this is a fair and necessary change to Purge. Purge Recently Have had nothing really do to. Their main goal to eliminate Jedi. When there is not any jedi around for purge to fight with their electro weapons, it would be really good for Purge to be able to have some fun and have a different pace in their responsibilities, instead of sitting back and watching they can actively engage from different heights with various weapons. I believe this will bring more to purge and encourage more people to rank up and stay within the battalion. This could also be a use for jedi. Jedi lightsaber are really powerful and in case Purge troopers need to retreat and get some health back, they can use their jetpack to get out of sticky situations. Approved By Myself, and Purge Command Note: This Of Course will be only for a Certain Rank Of NCO, as it is a jetpack after all

  7. -Support It looks like you're trying to report him for admitting he broke NLR in a sit that was handled. Firstly, him breaking NLR would not constitute a staff report. Secondly, as I just stated, this was handled in-game with a formal warning. Sure he's being a bit "snippy" with how he's stating he doesn't care about the warn, but frankly that wasn't an ideal sit and given the situation I can understand his frustration. Also, if someone admits to breaking a rule, you don't need further evidence.

  8. Sadly, I have decided to resign from my position of Medical Commander. It has almost been a year since I first joined this server as well as joining Medical Corps and it's very sad that I have to go but I hope I can come back one day and be active. I will not be leaving the server I am just resigning from the rank of Commander as do not have enough time on my hands to be an active Command Member. The cause for is that I have a lot of personal events and issues going on that will cause me to lose a lot of my activity. Just a couple friends I want to say thank you to. Hex, Razer, Fail, Bub - Thank you all so much for helping out medical as Vice Commanders in rough times and help keeping it afloat Hex - You're one of friendliest people and up going people I have ever met, never put yourself down you always do your best. Ehh too much work to be on either side now that I think about it, I'm just here to watch this shit, I'm going from -support to neutral Ok on a serious note this weapon has received the most nerfs out of any weapon on the server if its this much of an issue and needs this much fixing why not just make a post to remove the weapon as a whole? Because this isn't the bolt casters first rodeo and if its really causing this much of a conflict then keep this post for the player report and make a separate post to remove it.

  16. -Support Like what? yall only care when yall dont have the advantage this is no problem for CI as long as they are in groups they can kill D5 CMDR w EZ(Ive seen a group of CI take on 2 D5 CMDRs but just may be a skill issue if u cant its strategy it isn't supposed to be easy to kill HCMD) , kevlar himself already said thats its being worked on i see no problem as of now i would say add restriction for now such as D5 CMDR cant enter d block or just cant use the sword in d block, This.....

  21. That should be in the MOTD and I should be unwarned, I was simply carrying out presidential orders with the Quantitative easing program and all money was going to the town treasury. I honestly didn't think it was illegal since it's pretty realistic and standard practice. Apologies for losing connection btw my local ISP is terrible.

  26. +/- Support leaning to - support This is an issue with many solutions, getting rid of SCP-294 is a viable option don't get me wrong, but other optional like cmd escort, implication of the coin system (SCP containment breach), ETC. People who play around w/ the SCP are mostly getting away Scott free but heighten the punishment and be diligent to inform others about the SCP. TLDR: There are other options.

We are not looking for someone who gets very angry or is mean to our players.Fill out the application format correctly. This is often overlooked but if you fail to fill in the format completely or do it incorrectly we almost always deny the application.Take time to fill out the application!   30. Just gonna give a few key things here that were ignored Firstly, this first clip the exploit wasnt even used all i was doing was clicking as fast as i could. The exploit comes when you would hold down as the cooldown gets rapidly reset. Secondly, The second clip cant be considered concrete evidence due to the fact there was hardly any bullets fired and right clicking normally i blocked it from time between bullets being so great Thirdly, I am actively trying to get this sword nerfed/reworked. I see no reason to witchhunt me over this especially when i didnt exploit. Fourth, The way the exploit works according to your clips seem to either be hyperbolic or not even shown Finally, this post should be in the staff reports section i believe so someone please move it if im right
