HUGE +SUPPORT + Very active + Knows the ins and outs of DT + Respectful and Professional Extra: As an SO I work with DT here and there and every time I interact with Mann I am surprised at his manner of professionalism, helpfulness, and overall knowledge about DT. He is extremely fit for this position and is an amazing candidate.

+/-Support I feel this issue would come under a team speak issue rather then a staff report, but In all fairness I can see where you are coming from with the meeting issue. He joined the Inferno Squadron meeting constantly breaking PTS and talking over others when asked to stop he didn't, He was doing the exact same thing as this but in voice. Personally I feel a demotion is staff in not appropriate rather a short TS3 ban of such. He shows exceptional work in the staff team and GM team alike therefor I feel he should be watched rather then demoted.

+Support -In the evidence provided, thumper states "Stop minging again Jintao" this shows that he has done this before in some shape or form. -Spamming PTS 6 times, after that telling people to fuck off and asking others why they are at their meeting is not acceptable. -Was KICKED from the channel, however still continued. -Has done this before in an Inferno Squadron meeting. -Personally, if this happened to me in my meeting, I'd hate this. -This is extremely rude and disrespectful to everyone in that meeting. This is not the standards of a staff member, moreover a Senior Moderator. -Just because you are staff on another GL server does not mean that you should be void of punishment if you mess around on another server. This behavior should NOT be enforced. Even if the punishment requested is not suitable, some type of punishment is required.

So lets take this apart. The reason that the "executive" branch check and balances won't affect anything. The judge role while it does have some power and its power hasn't been a problem before its the way you act to the other departments/agencies. You try to say thats because your the judge this happens in game alot that you have more power than any department in the court room and the reason for the signs were due to the fact you guys entered the jail it self which your meant to do but that dosn't change the fact the whole gated off section of land is D.O.C land. -Support This post is just a repost of the post that was denied because you didn't like what happened to it. You should wait longer before you repost a suggestion. Also the judge trying to take power away from DOC would mean that your saying your above the law. The Law states that D.O.C is the property owner of the prison. The Court Room is in the Prison which by default means its a D.O.C Property and which in return means its state's land.

+Support To be honest this guy is one of the most friendly, caring and giving a fuck person. He's not like others he seeks to solve the problem at its core rather then scratch at dirt. Coming off of a few months experience with Piller I can say it wasn't a friendship but an immediate acquaintance as soon as I met him. He has drive and always seeks to better himself in any critiques given to him. Believe me on that cause I popped of on his ass before and he was calmer then a flamingo which kind of pissed me off more lmfao. That being said I have full confidence he can execute the role of a forum diplomat better than most of if not all current applicants. Also some brownie points he always is willing to explain his reasons for doing shit and I feel this is something a forum diplomat NEEDS to accomplish.

It has been over a year sience I joined SWAT on Oct. 16 2020. I've had my ups and downs but I love SWAT and always will. But I don't have a lot of time to play. I will hopefully come back and play more next summer. I have a few people to say thanks too, @Drippy, You were a amazing Commander, you were the one who got me to go into SWAT and work the ranks. Thank you are everything. @Techy and @Chip&Dail, Thanks for being an amazing friends and helping with trainings and meetings. @MiniEpic, @ICE, @Thumper, and Justin( I cant find your ping), Thanks for all the Help in Command and I hope all of you to get go into the high command ranks! Soul (I cant find your ping), Thanks for being an amazing FTO! ( Even tho I never took the knowledge test lol) Thanks to all who belived in me .

I have to get this off my chest, I feel like I cant speak my honest mind without fear of repercussions. I'm always afraid of being misconstrued. I often want to talk with staff about things I disagree with but I also dont want to get permanently banned. I just really had to say this because it's been making me anxious lately and it's not healthy.

Court Room Belongs to DOC PERIOD Judge can be demoted off the job by DOC if deemed fit Judge can not tell DOC To Leave the court room | DOC Can tell judge to leave court room or block it off for Trainings/Meetings DOC can overrule any and all decisions made by Judge PERIOD Judge cannot appoint or dismiss bailiffs.

The Courthouse is DOC Property and DOC is State Property meaning DOC Command and State High Command can not be told to leave the Courtroom

-Support + It was wrong of the reported staff to do the actions - Staff politely apologized already, even though the actions were wrong he did acknowlegde it and gave you an idea on why such thing would happen, which most of us can relate to i suppose. - In regards to pts line its a semi-serious server, if someone were to be punished for breaking pts, i think they should be punished ingame by a rank demotion/DNP/DNT but a staff demotion/staff report seems too much imo. Nr 7: I dont think anything should happen, he did spam a little, broke pts and were a bit rude. But its not a huge deal, i mean we have had admins+ do worse actions.
