well. its here. I've been dreading it but i have to. i haven't had enough time to play both branches and was a hard stuck in CI. I hate to leave but its my time (for now, i may join back) Just gonna go over a little of what I've done and seen in my time all started when @Cogsintroduced me to CI, I was weary at first, and very denying of joining a branch, since i hated TeamSpeak at the time. It was June of 2020. I remember seeing @Dangand him congratulating me for joining the branch, and hopes to see me a lot. I didn't know many people back then, just the jacks. i remember getting awarded for my service on sawbones, and was rising the ranks fairly quick. i started to know more people. By the time i was MSGT I had gotten selected for E4, while I was playing Minecraft with boozle. I started to meet more and more people, most of which are gone now. like Samm, Ritz, Rainbow etc. i trained my ass off, even training Tackie, to the point where a third of the branch was trained by me. I got a midnight call by Skela, congratulating me on becoming the HMFTO, with Hope as the OFTO, and Neo as the HRNDFTO, I was doing more and more as it went on, i got LTCOL and A3 in E4 by January of 2021, things were looking good, a little mistakes filled it and i was MAJ again, but i soon got back to LTCOL. Then i began to realize that I couldn't be as active as i wanted, with track and football right around the corner, i decided to make myself a MAJ again, to not hog a slot. Things from there were straight forward, i watched people surpass me, i got a little jealous, but remembered i was there for the people, not the rank. Time went on and i couldnt do much in CI, i was too focused on Nu7 and lost myself. And now I realize that it shouldnt have to be like that. I may return one day, but it may be weird to order me around as a little RCT. my mention: (gonna be a long one) Hope: my OG in CI, even though you are gone and I got off at the wrong foot, I have mad respect for you and hope your future goes well. I would be a good addition to the already phenomenal group of Medical Command because I'm quite active on the server and consider Medical my primary role, being command I could help reduce the workload for everyone in it, deal with most of the whitelisting and logs when needed, and anything else Medical Command would need help with. My time zone is EST but I'm still on at very late hours helping other Medical staff, keeping Med-bay safe and training at the much quieter hours of the server. Being Command I believe I could do a lot of good for the branch by also training FTO's and therefore furthering the ever expanding Medical branch and help make Medical be the best branch it can possibly be. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. You have found a Resident in HCZ, what do you do? First I would stop them and ask how they ended up in HCZ and take them back to Med-bay, If they tell me they were wandering around I'd give them a verbal warning and let others know of this behavior in case it is repeated in the future and explain that going to HCZ is only allowed by certain ranks and certain jobs with valid reasons/permissions and refer them to the SOP's and show them where they are supposed to be. If they told me they escaped SCP 106, CI or Sarkic custody, or any other legitimate reason I'd escort them back to Med-bay and see if they are confused about anything that had happened. 8-3. You see an Exp Medic shooting D-Class in D-Block, what do you do? I'd Ask them why they were shooting at the D-class and if told in self defense I'd ask the situation in which he needed to defend himself and make my judgement from there and try to ask others in d-block if what they say is true when getting a conflicting story of events. If he gives a invalid reason such as it was for fun.. I'd contact an admin for punishment and most likely a punishment request for the individual and let Command decide.

What are you suggesting? - A clear in depth definition of Combat Healing and Combat in general, Currently Combat Healing is against the rules and is defined in the MOTD as: "Never combat heal (Healing yourself or someone else while in an active shootout)." I propose an amendment to this that states an Active Shootout is sustaining or providing direct or indirect fire onto an enemy. this would mean that if you are behind cover you are still in combat until a reasonable amount of time has passed for combat to dissipate, move or end. It would also further reinforce that Being underfire but not taking damage is still being in combat and thus removes any misconception about when the it is okay to heal. Combat should end after X amount of time of Inactive Directed Fire or you are safe from being pushed by the enemy, E.G Being on the other side of a locked door they can't easily open. How would this change better the server? - Clear up any confusion and create a solid definition of combat healing for the server Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer? I would like this position to help recruit newer people into DT and show them the warm welcome i got when i joined. DT has proven to be such a good place to be its the only branch I have properly fit in with which just makes me want to give the same too others. I have also been interested in becoming a SGT to help around DT as I know some higher up people have left making more of a strain on MO0 and the others who are of a high rank inside of DT. My main goal is to be a officer who is driven and you are able to ask anything and I can give you answer to it. What makes you stand out amongst the others? I stand out to others as I have a good mindset when it comes to trial and error meaning I am welcoming to failure as you can just learn of that. (list two): 1LT, or pretty much anything im very flexible and able to adapt Why do you want to become Delta-5 Command? (250+ Words): I would like to become delta 5 command as I feel I excel in helping new branches take off. I am the creator and helper of many things on both SCP RP and Imperial RP. I was one of the helpers with Beans's HLPR bot idea, Creator of Medical Research and pararescue on Imperial RP and the creator of ST Riot troopers. I also am very good at writing up nice and clean looking documents and SOPs are something I just love to do. Another reason I would like to be delta 5 command is that MTF is one of my favorite branches in the server and in lore so delta 5 is another branch I hopefully can join the ranks of and put that under my GL resume. Finally my biggest reason for wanting to be delta 5 is mainly cause High Command hyped it up a lot and Jack did a good job at convincing me to do this so if its got all this hype from people I respect and get along with why not join them, Plus as command I would be able to help it grow into something as legendary as Omni-9 was or even the OG Alpha-1. I have lots more reasons why I want to join but most of them I have a hard time explaining in actual words rather than pointless rants that pop up randomly. My goal with this app is to not only get into Delta 5 which I do hope happens but also to help expand my skills in several ways. I hope this app not only helps me expand my very bad writing skills when it comes to proper wording but I hope it gives me the experience and constructive criticism I need to keep my SCP RP career alive and my reputation alive. Why do you feel you are the best option for this position? (150+ Words): I feel I am a good fit for many reasons: The main one being my large amount of command experience but that will be covered later. I also have a perfect reputation on the entirety of GL and I believe I am a good semi serious role player who can also be chill and a good person to play with. I get along with almost everyone so I see that as another reason I would be the number 1 option for these command spots even though its only low command. With my perfect record and good social nature you might already think I'm doing pretty well but alas I have another trick up my sleeve that really makes me stand out from all the others. I am on daily, for nearly 5-6 hours a day and this has always been my strong point and the main reason I have so much command experience. I used to be on for almost half a day at a time but work showed up, however I am still very active as many people on the server can vouch for my claim. Now all these points make me a very good pick for command since a hatching battalion really needs to have an active presence to help it expand and with my constant activity and ability to be both friendly and chill but also perfect record and ability to be serious when needed makes me one of the best choices out there (not to sound like a narcissist). However the main reason I am the best choice is not just my almost unhealthy amount of time spent on the server but if you were to pick me I would be great at advertising new recruits as there is no better way to get recruits with command only being on a tiny bit. Most people here claim to be active and some are correct but a huge majority and a big problem I've seen a lot of is the activity lasts for a while but dies down after around 2-3 weeks and then they become almost non existent. For a brand new branch like this that isnt good at all as having very few officers on but a lot or even all command slots full makes it seem like an innactive branch and will give recruits the misconception that they may be stuck at a low rank for a while. This happened to me before I joined Nu7 as I was on almost every afternoon and in countless logs, but I ended up getting stuck at CPL for over 3 months and then SGT for a month. The main factor was that there wasnt a whole lot of command who were really active and mostly AFK when needed. To sum this little rant up I am 100% the best choice for any sort of command position in Delta-5 as I am almost overqualified for the rank I would prefer to have and I am incredibly active and friendly to everyone. Why should we trust you for this position?: I have never received as much as a single strike in my near 3 year career and my staff record is as clean as a denny's before a health inspection. Also I have worked with many other trustworthy members of the foundation and can 100% validate my loyalty and desire to help others for reasons other than personal gain. My activity is also a reason on why I can be trusted, it's easier to trust someone you see often than someone you rarely see. I also dont abuse rank no matter the situation and even if I'm in a heated debate with someone either in or not in my branch I never pull the rank card and always keep it respectful. I believe in treating everyone equally and stray away from favoritism as I feel it would lead to issues and problems. I can also be trusted with this position as I am very experienced with document making and coming up with ideas for things such as mini events, subbranches, specialties and even full on changes. Along with these important command skills I also have good communication and am almost always reachable, If I were to become an officer I would be always available and even if I'm not on the server I would still keep up communiction through the discord. Along with my good communication and clean record I'd say I'm very trustworthy even to those who don't know me well as I always try to be honest with others and polite at the same time. (Limit it to Gmod only please): In SCP RP I was low command in both the OG Technical and Janitorial branch as well as an OG Medical Elite Field Medic (I went by the name Marshmallow back then). Recently I was also an Operations Supervisor in Maintenance but retired due to not enjoying it as much as Technical and didn't want to hog a command slot. However my command experience on Imperial RP is a much bigger monster: I was Imperial Commandos Vice Commander & Lore Character Scorch, Starfighters Vice Marshall Walter, Stormtrooper Captain Citadel, Nova Troopers 2LT Jury NT20, Medical LTCOL and more recently Captain Citadel of the Medical Corps, Medical Research ISB Director Citadel and Riot Command Citadel were all of my command roles in Imperial RP which I think definitely gave me tons of experience and is 100% the source of a majority of my leadership and administrative skills. You are in LCZ and Security is requesting assistance due to a Mass D Block Riot; however, Chaos Insurgency has been called out for taking a SCP in HCZ. What would you do in this situation, and why?: Reclaim the SCP as fast as possible as an SCP falling into the hands of Chaos is much more catastrophic than some D-Class with knives rioting. Plus CI is a much larger threat and we cannot afford to risk the safety of the Foundation and our world over some death row inmates creating a fuss instead of the captured and stolen SCP. What would you do if those under your command are not following orders and are breaking the SOP?: Depending on my rank and their rank I would issue the appropriate punishments. As I have not seen the SOP or have any idea how strict it states this infraction is but all of my judgements and ways of dealing with issues with be based off of our SOP and MOTD if the problem ever gets that high up. Also if the person was a rank I was unable to deal punishments to I would follow the Chain Of Command and report this infraction to them an either let them take over or ask for permission to dish out the punishment myself. How would you react to someone asking to be put into Delta-5 without a tryout and to be fast promoted?: My personal belief is that someone who gets in a position without putting much effort into getting there doesn't deserve to get that far. However my reaction would be different based on the person and circumstances. If the person got in by writing an application and doing a semi tryout I would have no issue with working with them and would welcome them just the same as a trainee, and if they quickly rose through the ranks by doing well and showing real skill I would feel proud and think that they deserved it even if it was pretty fast. However if the person was either allowed in for unethical reasons such as favoritism or a rigged training I would be pretty annoyed and most likely express my issue with the situation to a proper superior and bring it to their attention if it already hasn't been Explain how you would react to receiving an anonymous tip about a GOI group: As we are mainly focused on preemptive measures about GOI with possible anomalies I would make note of the tip and then proceed to log it, check if it might be a valid lead and not just a minge, after proving it is valid and writing it down I would mention it to command and my other fellow officers of the same rank and ask for a discussion on our course of action and if any other MTF units should be asked for assistance. In short I would look into the tip about a GOI since that is our main reason for being founded. Do you promise to be committed to Delta-5 and to lead by example if you are accepted into Delta-5?: Yes and since I only have one other life on the server I will be a good example for an officer even while not on the job itself. Delta-5 will become my main life if this app gets accepted and you will see my name every afternoon of every single day.

I'm going to go with a -support here for a couple of reasons, but I don't think you're undeserving of the rank, I just think the application is rushed and could've done with a second reading through. First of all, you list your history as 'a ban which was something very unfortunate from a long time ago' - let's set this straight, your ban was from a month ago for racism. Now, I'm all for second chances, but you've worded this in a completely deceptive way giving no information to your reader here. A racism ban is a big deal, and it was very recent. I think this should be considered, but on its own wouldn't throw the application out for me had you have explained the situation, however you tried to brush it off and play it subtle. Secondly, the formatting is all over the place. Things are on multiple lines, certain parts should be removed etc..., this generally isn't a good look and makes the application look rushed. Along with this, throughout the whole of the "Why do you believe you deserve the rank" section, you really just rushed through it. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it does make the section look rushed. Lastly, the last question is a bit all over the place. You talk about a MRDM sit being possibly a kick, not a ban, you don't mention the fact that as a Trial Moderator (the rank you're applying for) you can't actually ban someone, and you didn't address the fact that the person in the sit is cursing at you. On its own, all of these points would be a down-point of the application, but might not necessarily make me instant -support (except maybe the racism ban), but all together it makes this quite a strong -support. I think if you want to become Staff (and GM) with a recent racism ban, you need to put your best foot forward and make a fantastic application proving that you aren't racist, you aren't going to do it again, you can be trusted with staff, and that what happened in the past was a misunderstanding. I don't think you've done that here, and that's why I've given a -support. Best of luck.

Alright fellas, I've thought about this quite a lot and the time has come. With a sad heart I have to say, I'm resigning from military. It has been a great fun for the past 3 months or so but I've just started up University and I will most likely find myself low on time to do... pretty much anything. This doesn't mean I won't be hopping on from time to time to do a raid or some with the good old fellas but I don't want to be stressed out by being command in 2 branches and having to deal with Uni projects and the such. I will still be around in the server, on the other side (Nu7), yes, but I will still be around so if any of you would like to speak with me, you can do so at free will. Context: I joined the Security Room 1 Teamspeak Channel with an assortment of Security Command, and Gam3. I was originally coming in there to talk to one of the high-command, but after being in there for long enough I realized that Gam3 was intentionally attempting to provoke players, and generally was being a negative and quite rude person. He was then banned from the teamspeak (for one week), and after the fact I re-examined your in-game ban and extended it to perma. The reason I extended it to perma is the fact how if you are going to join our Teamspeak and harass players (after prior being banned due to setting off the Nuclear Warhead) I figured the chances of you ever providing anything positive to the SCP:RP server were very slim. So, I extended it indefinitely. I appreciate you appealing this however after the attitude and behavior you showed in that teamspeak room I made this decision, and hope you understand. (In regards to Sprinks DM, after I learned that he had done that I told him if he keeps it up he'll receive a ban too)

DENIED For prisoners to be let out of the cells a Shock has to do it manually, meaning there will be a Shock watching and guarding (preventing jailbreaks). Even if there are jail breaks, which will probably occur a lot less than often, it provides Shock to do something rather than stand aimlessly at a checkpoint getting bored and either leaving Shock or the server. *SMT reserves the right to reverse this decision at any time, even after the suggested contents addition to the server*

The Quality team will always be greatly outnumbered by the Quantity team. Last team standing wins the event. Detail of the event (Please go into detail!): This event can scale based on how many players are available or willing to participate in the event. There will be 2 teams, lets say you have 20 players willing to participate in the event. 5 players will be on the Quality team, and 15 players will be on the Quantity team. The Quality team will be equipped with very powerful weapons such as AWP's, LMG's, Shotguns, ect. They will also be equipped with full HP and 250 Armor. The Quantity team will be equipped with very weak weapons such as Pistols. They will be equipped with only full HP, no armor. +Support I must say that lately GAM3 has been somewhat minge with his actions such as nuking and other things, I think he should be given the last chance, I know a few people who in his past were somewhat toxic with a lot of warns which I will not say their names, they have changed both for not being banned completely from the server and also because they have changed. I met GAM3 a year or so ago, I won't say I was very close to him, but in general I never had a bad experience with him in that time.

I gotta like... disagree with this ENTIRE thing. in all honesty, he doesn’t do an OUTSTANDING amount of SIMs, but when he does they are always well thought out, creative and fun! he’s done 8 sims this week alone... the accusation or allegation that doomlam is mingey is simply untrue. he almost always conducts himself in sophisticated and professional manner. his activity is good as well ??? he’s not the most active but he does more than enough. all things considered, I don’t think you’re correct in what you are saying is simply incorrect and that you haven’t spent enough time around 501st, much less Doomlam, to be able to claim what you are.

I joined the security teamspeak one day, and I started getting harassed by multiple people including Sprink. Sprink starts to micspam, and I say in a joking tone, "You deserve the death sentence." So, move on a couple minutes, someone clipped it, cut out everything else, and took the out of context clip to Hoovy. Hoovy then proceeds to extend my ban to a permanent length, and banned me from the teamspeak for seven days. I also have proof which I have attached of Sprink harassing me after the fact and after it was over. Now, I don't see how that's considered a death threat because I never said I wanted to harm him or anything. The definition of a death threat is as follows, "A death threat is a threat, often made anonymously, by one person or a group of people to kill another person or group of people. These threats are often designed to intimidate victims in order to manipulate their behavior, in which case a death threat could be a form of coercion." None of what I said corresponds to any of that. Thank you all for considering.
