I was going to make this fancy with colours but for some reason its not within the writing settings... I can even increase the size of my words... When I joined the server, I went straight into Research and absolutely loved it. I enjoyed making tests, doing tests making test logs it was just something for me. That may seem like a strange thing to say when the point of this is to say my resignation but it was true. I have contemplated this for some time now somewhat fearful due to other resignations but I know that I have lost my previous passion for research and even as I am writing this i am hesitating if this is the correct choice. My sleeping schedule is consistently dying and its causing a negative effect within IRL and ingame and I need to fix this one way or another, by being somewhere that’s more active within my timezone. I apologise but despite knowing other reasons why I have lost this passion I would like to keep them selfishly to myself. I don’t regret being in research or the time I have placed into it. Not at all. I don’t want to quit research entirely. If possible, I would like to go back to being a Lead Researcher instead so I can continue being within the branch by doing trainings and testing. I would like to thank the extensive list of people who got me this far into Research and know that I am grateful for your support. For specific individuals I will most likely PM them or speak to them in person to say my thanks. I wouldn't have made it as far as I have without any of them. I wont be leaving the server, I'll still be around as I am now. I think I just need to see what else the server has to offer and hopefully fits into my timezone better. What are you suggesting? - Reverting maps to the old *edited* site-05 (keeping some things from site-50) How would this change better the server? - Reverting to Site-05 but keeping Site-50’s CI base and ET rooms. Site-05's layout was much simpler and easier to remember for new member and old. It's simple design of LCZ, HCZ made it perfect to remember and hardly get lost, as well for laying out SCP's and organizing them based off their threat status. Site-05's D-block by far was the best, as we reverted back to it after much demand, and so was LCZ. It's three pronged start out of D-block gave D-class enough advantage at the start to get away from most threats by giving them 3 main ways to escape, one a more direct path to medbay but much riskier leading directly to security bunks and armory, or 2 more out of the way paths but safer as they are out of the way and more places to hide. After that is a direct stretch to medbay or a riskier longer rout to meeting room checkpoint. This as well made it easy for many new member as there was 1 direct path to everything with some paths branching out, having them learn it at their own speed, instead of throwing them into a maze like todays LCZ. Next HCZ was also far superiors as we have since reverted back to, even tho it's backwards. Next is EZ, Site-05's EZ was meh and I like Site-50's is honestly much better. Site-05 personally has much more of a connection to me and many older lads of the server, I know this is more greedy and self centered, but I feel this can be the same to many newer members as I don't feel or see the same connection members make with this map. Site-05 was just a all-around better map than any we have switched to. It's simple to understand layout made it much easer and fun to do things, as well with everything closer together the inner branches may feel much more together instead of everything being so spread apart and individually based. I loved every interaction I had while in medbay as a lower ranking lad, basically forcing people into medical making it much more active as today people just avoid it without a care in the world. This will bring the LCZ gang closer. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Would take some time but besides that no. Context: As of the current rules regarding suicide bombing you can not strap explosives to yourself or do more than 100 damage to yourself with explosives. I have seen and been the target of E11 exploiting a loophole which allows them to attach explosives to a different e11 member and sending them of to explode in a suicide bombing the only difference is the explosive is detonated by an E11 half a map away. I have thus dubbed it Drone striking. What am i suggesting: I suggest closing this loop hole as to stop people from strapping explosives to other faction personnel and sending them in for a kamikaze against their enemies. By an E11's own admission it is a stupid loophole and they only do it because its funny This benefits anyone who doesnt want to be murked by someone just running next to them. This would only negatively impact those who partake in drone strikes who by their own admission recognise its a loophole Here is a clip of me getting "drone striked" as a sarkic during a raid.

Scenario Questions Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first attempt to calm the player down so that I could address the offenses that they have committed and also inform them that they could get additional punishment for staff diss if they continued to be curse and be disrespectful. If they continue to curse at me, I would gag them and then continue on with the sit by first confirming the MRDM by checking logs and reviewing any evidence presented, and then I would give a formal warn for MRDM and for staff disrespect. I would finally contact a staff member that had the necessary permissions to preform a 5 day ban for MRDM and have them preform the punishment. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would tell all of the players to calm down and be quiet so that the sit can resume and they can all get back to playing faster. If some players were still talking, I would tell them that if they did not be quiet, I would gag them, and them do so if they still were arguing. I would then continue with the sit, warning and giving the player the appropriate punishment if the correct evidence was presented. Thank you for your time and for your consideration!

Max punishment would be invalidation of the advert. I wouldn't give warns or strikes for this. What you have there is okay. What's in the CI advert screenshot in the OP I would not consider valid. Again, you guys can keep your stuff just actually have the info in the advert proper. Not only in brackets.

Warn threshold bans are not based off active warnings, rather total warnings on a single server. You reached 10+ warnings on PoliceRP and hadn't received your 1 day ban. They are in increments of 10, getting a longer ban each time, stopping at 40 which is a permanent ban. You can read more about the warn threshold stuff on the staff handbook that Phil had linked above.
